The roof turned out absolutely beautiful!!! So grateful for the hard work the team put in. It was a long day for them but they still managed to get it done in one day! Never realized how much a new roof can really upgrade the home!

Excellent service - short wait time on a small fix that needed some specific skills to fix, and it was fixed in no time!

I found ACS Roofing from a Facebook Group and of course I was skeptical about it at first but I figured I’d give them a call since the other roofing company was dragging their feet.
Wouldn’t you know that I had an excellent experience with ACS Roofing! From the start, my sales rep Nathan was courteous, professional, and very detailed in explaining the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The crew was efficient and respectful of my property, and the final result was a beautiful new roof that completely transformed the look of my home. I highly recommend ACS Roofing and especially appreciate the outstanding service provided by Nathan!

Talk about making a dreaded process painless! It's no secret to our neighbors that our previous homeowners did not take good care of the home. So with every project and endeavor we start it is always a commitment of time and finances. We actually started this venture with another company who dropped the ball with our insurance claim and then flat out told us that if they couldn't gouge the insurance company, they weren't interested in working with us. I was provided ACS' information from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. I reached out to Dave who returned my call promptly, set a firm appointment within 24 hours, and he kept the appointment! Dave was patient while we battled with insurance.

Ultimately, we ended up coming out of pocket and their pricing was more than competitive, beyond exceptional when we consider everything that had to be done. Even if they weren't, we were not going with anyone else at this point. ACS, Dave specifically, was able to competently walk me through the process, what to expect, and provide professional recommendations without it sounding or feeling like a sales line to raise the tab. We ended up having to re-deck the entire roof, fix a few rafters, insulation was added, and redoing the roof ventilation was recommended based on the shape of our roof. The service and quality of work was exceptional. An all hands-on approach would be an understatement. Every member of the crew was courteous and also very aware if my wife or ever stepped outside. When we were told to expect the crew at 7am, we kind of figured, "okay, sure". At 7am, it was like a small militia on our sidewalk and the work started at 7am. There was no dragging of feet and then hanging around until late morning. Everyone was also at full attention to ensure our safety if we had to come or go.

The crew got hit with all sorts of weather on their two day stretch from heavy winds, to rain, and even snow! That didn't stop the job and didn't hinder their performance. On the very first day of completion, within 36 hours of starting the job in a Michigan winter, we had to turn our heat DOWN!! The house is warmer, quieter, and looks better. If I had four thumbs, I would give ACS four thumbs up. I hope this helps and your experience exceeds ours (if that's possible)!

WE called ACS Roofing for an estimate (along with 2 other Companies) for repair work on our shed which is attached to our garage. The roof was leaking where it attached to the garage along with some known fascia issues.

I usually get 2-3 estimates and then decide, however I was so impressed with Nick (the salesman) who not only gave us a quote better than we expected along with getting it done quickly (he told us it would be done in one day and they would get started within 2 days) I gave them the job. He told me that we won't be disappointed and that he always goes over and above.

Two days later Nick himself showed up and had already formed sheet metal to cover the fascia . He did everything he quoted us on AND MORE...while on the roof he noticed and repaired a leak around a chimney/exhaust on the garage, fixed the cause of the damaged fascia on garage, and even went so far as to ask for touch up paint for the portion of garage which was above the shed which he then scraped and painted .

We have only GREAT things to say about ACS (and Nick).
We have already told family and friends and neighbors what a great experience we had and how happy we are !

ACS Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. David Kuczynski is very knowledgable and really seems to care about his customers satisfaction. We had one questionable small area and David came right out and fixed it. His crew worked very hard (probably harder than they thought when they found most of my wood under my 25 year old roof was bad and needed to be replaced) and did a great job of cleanup afterward. Highly recommend ACS Roofing. Oh, and their pricing was very reasonable!

Got a new roof in less than a week for a great price. David is great, he had great communication throughout the whole process, was fast to respond to calls/texts, and answered all questions I had. My new gutters and downspouts are awesome too. Like legit I doubt anyone else can beat them when it comes to speed, quality, and price. Def reccomend!

When our home was in immediate need of a completely new roof, we reached out to many roofing companies. Paul made time on a Saturday evening to physically inspect our roof. He assured us that ACS was ready to do the job quickly and with a high level of quality. The job went exactly as planned. The crew worked efficiently and diligently while insuring all repairs were done correctly, all the added airflow was installed, and new roof looks great! We are now free of leaks and enjoying the additional airflow in our upstairs living space. Overall, this was such an easier experience than I was realistically expecting. Did a great job repairing the leak around the bathroom exhaust vent as well as installing new vent for range hood. Was reassured they will address any leaks. Came right out and did the job

Hard to find someone so honest and caring toward customers. David, the owner, went above and beyond in helping us with renovations on our house. We were moving from out of state and needed a new roof on the house we were buying. His prices were better then my other quotes. He cares about the quality of work performed and goes out of his way to make sure to address any concerns.

ACS removed two layers of shingles, replaced boards and installed new shingles as well as replacing rain gutters and adding soffit. The install was done very well, other contractors performing work on our house even complimented how good of a job they did. We've gone through a winter and had plenty of moisture and have had no problems since the install.

They most recently replaced all of our siding and trim. Again, good quality work and everything looks great. David also has good judgement and is great to counsel with about colors and products.

I would not hesitate to choose ACS. Although I don't think I'll need anything fixed on my roof for many years (because they did a great job) I will not hesitate to use them again.

My house is a 140 year old Victorian in Detroit. The roof had 3 layers of old cedar shake and was super pitched. The crew was timely and within 3 days the roof was done and gutters were up. While I lost some plants, they did great job dealing with a difficult job and the clean up was detailed and well executed.

What a great experience we have had with ACS. Starting with the quote process, I felt like I was able to have an open conversation with the owner and discuss options openly. Overall, I got the lowest price and felt that I was getting even more value then the other companies that also provided quotes

As for scheduling and communication, ACS got us on the calendar quickly and we discussed and locked in the colors for the shingles and drip edge. While weather didn't cooperate for one day, it was planned in temporarily for two days if that was the case.

For the install, the crew arrived early and got right to work. Talk about efficiency the tear off was done quickly and very tidy. Also I had put some grass seed and seed sheet down three days before the install, and the crew went above and beyond to avoid disturbing it.

All said and done, the roof looks fantastic and knowing the attention to detail ACS put into the roof makes me feel so confident in the quality in the job. Additionally the owner came back to make sure all nails were cleaned up after the dumpster got picked up, the care and attention for the customer was unmatched.

ACS Roofing is awesome! David and his team were responsive, professional, and worked with my when my vent hood install turned into a much larger repair job. If you need a roofer, I highly recommend ACS!

Update: 6 months after the repair, we noticed some water in the basement during a storm under the repair location in the roof. David and his team came right away to investigate and re-did a portion of the work just to make sure!

I needed my whole roof and gutters replaced and David was great to work with the entire time. He answered all of my questions before, during and weeks after when I had follow up questions.
He gave me a super competitive quote and when I reached out to other companies, they were double the cost compared to ACS. His roofing team and gutter guy were all great, they got the entire roof done in one day and cleaned up after themselves.
The gutters were also only a few hours install and he came back a few weeks later to give me extra downspout screws for the bottom piece that's removable (for mowing your lawn).
Overall really great experience, awesome communication with the team and I highly recommend!

We used them to replace our garage roof. We obtained 5 different quotes before selecting them. Matt came out to quote us. The first thing that separated him from the other companies, aside from how polite he was, is that he pounded in multiple loose nails for us on the roof and applied caulk (small but nice gesture), then gave us a quote. Our insurance only approved to replace 3 tab shingles, which aren't as durable as dimensional shingles. ACS matched the quote from our insurance company and used dimensional shingles anyway, which showed they wanted to do right by us and are not soley after the money. They were extremely responsive and polite throughout all of our encounters. They did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend ACS!

We bought our first home, our first project was the roof and baffling. We got a 4 grade roof which looks amazing. Hired ACS Roofing for gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, and downspout extensions. Teddy was sent out for my gutter needs. He was quick and thorough and showed me pictures of all of the work he performed. Highly recommended.

He is on a fixed income and could not afford a new roof. David helped us with financing. He kept me up to date on the entire year off and installation as the job was in process. ACS was great to work with. I needed to schedule a repair on my father’s house, which meant I had to drive across town each time I met with a contractor. Dave was the last of the five companies I was going to call and was pretty much an afterthought in my opinion because I kinda settled on who I wanted to go with to repair my 2nd story gutters. Being that he’s based out of Clinton Twp and I live in Canton I figured he was a long shot. My gutters needed reinforcement for the rafters and the facia replaced which is why they were falling off.

He arrived and was very professional, thorough, and didn’t pressure me at all to get the work. He didn’t try to upsell me like some of the others and provided a reasonable quote on what NEEDED to get done.

He even had his crew complete the extra downspout installation that the prior contractor abandoned before they tried to scam me and nearly double their quote 20 minutes after they started.

I waited a few months before posting this review so I could see how things went after some serious wind and rain and so far I’m very impressed.

If you’re looking for competent, professional, and reasonably priced work then ACS is the way to go.

Came home to find water leaking from a light fixture on a Sunday afternoon, we called and they were able to have a tech over the same day within a couple of hours. The tech Teddy was able to inspect, and repair the damage to our roof that was causing the leak the same day. He provided us options and accurate estimates, very friendly and knowledgeable.

We are extremely happy with such quick and quality service. He even stuck around to answer some more roof related questions and let us know about what kind of future preventative maintenance would be good to schedule before or after winter.

I got an estimate on Tuesday, and had the roof fixed by Sunday. Glenn and Jordan were fantastic. They were professional, communicative, and got the job done quickly and smoothly. I needed some flashing replaced (a relatively small job) and they didn’t make me feel like it wasn’t worth their time. I would absolutely recommend using them for roof repairs.

Edit 6/23: I had to take a star off because of the follow-up post visit. Their van leaked oil on the driveway, and while both the workers and owner were very polite and told me they would get someone to pressure wash the driveway, it didn’t happen after multiple attempts to follow up. Now it’s been over half a year and the stain’s set.
Excellent experience working with them otherwise, I simply suspect smaller things fall through the cracks.
