They were excellent at keeping me up to date every step of the way. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Right after that I hired this company to redo my roof. I had a slow leak into my chimney for a long time and no one could figure out why. I had several estimates and they were able to fix the leak. Again very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you New Look Roofers.

The team were great in planning, follow-up and customer service. Their lifetime warranty is a great asset. I have had roofs installed in the past with them, one roof needed replacement a few year later, and it was replaced free of charge, no questions asked, so the warranty works! And very pleasant teams to work with.
