Reading the 5 stars reviews on Google, I felt comfortable reaching out to Greg for an evaluation to replace my roof. There were a few negative reviews but I didn't let that get in the way. However, I guess I fell into that small category.

I understand everyone is busy. When Greg didn't show up for the evaluation, I thought he forgot. However, he didn't call to acknowledge that he didn't get to stop by my place. Days later, I reached out to him. He said he would call my tenant to arrange a time & a date and would call me back. He failed to do that either.

When you failed on your words, they spoke loudly on your work ethic.

Maverick was the first roofing company I called just based on the Google reviews. I wasn't calling several companies for different evaluations. As a business person myself, I don't have the time to have different companies to tell me the same thing. I'm going to start searching for another roofing company with strong work ethics and quality that I can trust.

Greg was very knowledgeable and offered lots of options. He had great communication and let me know the issues I had on my roof and how they could be do fixed.

Greg and his team worked hard and fast, only took three days to finish my roof. Their work is very professional and alway clean up all the debris at the end of the day. We like to support local and family business, highly recommend for your need of replace or repair roofing.

I reached out to Maverick Roofing to inspect my roof. A previous contractor had told me I need to replace it. Greg came to check out the roof and explained to me that the roof is in a good shape and doesn't need to be replaced. He didn't even accept charging me for the trip. I highly recommend him.

Maverick Roofing is hands down the most experienced, skillful roofers I have come to know
and respect. The owner himself inspects your roof and attic thouroughly before installation and shows you pictures of the inside of the attic and outside on the roof explaining everything. Then from start to finish they do high quality work. I highly recommend them!

i called Maverick roofing because I needed a roof service. George answered and After explaining to him what I needed, he told me that they can help me and provide the services I need. I asked him when will be the first available appointment and he said he can go to the property in the afternoon.

I have had serious problems with the flat roof portion of my house that was done 5 years ago. Greg showed up and identified all the problems: incorrect/sloppy installation rotten wood (facia boards, plywood , shiplap siding ect.) the list goes on. He gave me a price and the Maverick crew did it all sooner than planned and in less time. They did a few other fixes to the roof and gutters at no extra charge. A big shout out to Maverick Roofing for a professional job done by real roofers and at the price quoted.

Worst experience ever, after my roof was done, water poured in with the next rain and they never even showed up to fix it, nothing.
The warranty is meaningless and Greg proved to be just awful.
Horrible company, would never recommend them to anyone.

Greg, the owner of Maverick Roofing, is an absolute professional. Greg helped perform a roof inspection for me on my flat roof in LA, and pointed out areas that were done well and other areas that could use some work. He was an absolute professional, giving detailed and practical advice. He knew exactly what he was talking about, and he is truly a nice person, so gracious with his time. It is so rare to find a roofer that you get the sense who truly cares, and not just a salesman trying to sell you the most expensive product. By Far the best roofing company I have ever used. They responded to every email and call. Always showed up on time and completed the work before their deadline. Call and ask for Greg he is very easy to deal with and very professional.

From the first phone call Greg was responsive and easy to talk to. He explained the options available regarding a roof inspection and what was involved. After the inspection Gary gave a great verbal report of the condition and work needed. I felt he was honest, up-front and had the clients best interest at heart. With 80 miles/hour Hurricane force winds, the tiles on the roof were flying off. My cousin referred me to Greg from Maverick Roofing. Greg showed up in the middle of the wind storm, climbed up on top of the roof, nailed down the remaining tiles and said he'd be back the following day. He didn't charge me anything for the initial visit. He sent Rafael, the following day. Rafael is the dad. So this is a family run business. Rafael, first went out and got the exact matching shingles for the roof. Next, he and his associate (Jeremy) went to work and meticulously repaired my roof. They then inspected the rest of the roof and re-sealed other shingles that had come loose. Afterwards, Rafael said, I don't think you'll need to call me for another 12-15 years. They worked on my roof as if it was their own and their charges were very reasonable. It became clear to me that their motto is complete customer satisfaction at a very reasonable & fair price. At the start of 2020, we knew it was time to replace our roof. After hearing horror stories about untrustworthy roofing contractors, I decided to do my research and ended up getting project estimates from 8 different companies. I became very familiar with all requirements, materials, brands, etc. as well as the professional/business aspect of the project. Maverick Roofing and Greg were, by far, the most knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, thorough and solution oriented. Greg addressed all our concerns and had solutions for all issues that came up.
