The carport I bought was very nice. Installed as I wanted. The pricing was way off to begin with but they came around. That was the only issue and it was resolved.

From the ground work all the way through the entire process, these guys did an amazing job and to date I have not had any issues whatsoever.I am very satisfied with my new workshop and would highly recommend their services to anyone, in fact I have already done so to a co-worker who asked me about my new building and I gave him the phone number to New Horizon.Thanks guys for a great product and customer service!

We were very pleased with our building/shelter. The shelter was constructed with excellent quality and the customer service was exceptional as well. Anyone that needs a building/shelter should contact New Horizon Buildings!

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. New Horizon Buildings and Concrete provided all of my grading, compacting and concrete work. They did not properly compact the fill dirt and the rear 24x12 section of my structure has sunken over 2”, causing the side of the building to warp and sheet metal to buckle. I have reached out to them time and time and time again, and they have stopped responding. They are not honoring their warranty with me. They won’t with you either.

Have had a leak since the building was built and here we are almost yr later and still no resolution. MY kids are home schooled in the building that was built and it was spray foamed now our concern is mold building up behind the spray foam since it leaks every rain. I've reached out multiple times and always receive a excuse why no one has been out to repair the leaks.

Great experience from getting quotes, answering questions, and Jessica was always happy to help. Brandon and team did a great job with the ground work to foundation completion. Wesley and his crew worked hard, put in a lot of hours through the blazing heat and made sure everything was done correctly and to his satisfaction and mine. Everyone with this company takes complete pride in a quality product from paperwork to a complete turn key building. Beyond satisfied with my building. Glad to see true professionals still putting in the work!

So far everyone at the place is so friendly and helpful...I'm in process of having a building built and look forward to the project with this amazing company....update..building has been finished and this company was beyond wonderful to work with..I would give them a 10 star review if possible very pleased

Had a garage built and wow the concrete was cracked in a week. The roof leaks and there is a leak on one of the walls. I have called so many times and all I get is empty promises. Been trying to get them out here for 6 or 7 months. Still nothing. I would definitely not recommend this company for anything.

New Horizon was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jessica was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions I had(and trust me there were ALOT!). Both groups that did the concrete and building install were very nice and kept the area clean. Turnaround time was quick and everything looks great!! I would recommend anyone in need of a building
to give them a call. We also financed with them and both the finance company and New Horizon worked great together which also made this new addition stress free.

Big shout out to New Horizon Buildings and Concrete. They done my concrete and installation of building. Jessica with the sales dept was very nice and responsive. She answered all my questions and concerns.. Brandon and his crew done a great job of getting my concrete pad level and finished.. Hard working guys.. And when it came time for installation of my building Wesley(only white guy there) along with his son went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the garage was perfect.. Very good quality of workmanship all the way down to the finest detail. He also took the extra time and effort to ensure all the trim fit exactly the way it should .. If you need a building installed I highly recommend him.. When it comes time to add on I’ll be reaching back out to them.. Overall great job and very pleased.. Give them a call…

New Horizon is second to none!! Rafael and his guys left no detail unattended down to insuring every screw lined up. If you are looking for a quality contractor to build your shop or carport, call New Horizon. Our next building is forthcoming and New Horizon will definitely be building it!!

This is my initial entry on the performance and quality of the services and products I have received. Jessica and all the on-site workers were fabulous and very thorough in assembly;y and clean up. It's been 5 days and have yet to find a flaw in construction with my purchase. I will add an edited entry over the next few months after the winter and spring to check for leaks and any failures the weather may cause. Regardless I would recommend New Horizon to anyone that wants a responsive and timely group.

Poor communication...over all the company itself was decent. Contractor they have would not recommend!!! I would say that was the biggest problem I had dealing with this company. On a better not the guys they had do the concrete work where amazing, very hardworking. The concrete guys went above and beyond.
Company would have received better ratings from me if they had different contractor.

The pad has been poured. That's all I have so far. Just a little review on the pad. These guys paid attention to everything. Very respectful to me and took care of my property as well. They really did a good job. As far as scheduling, they took care of it all. They worked around the weather, inspections and me. I'm at work a lot so I had to really rely on those guys to do what I needed them to. They made sure they knew what I wanted before they did it and then they did it. I'll leave another review after the building is erected but if it goes as smooth as everything else has so far, I'll be very happy.

Very responsive to a few issues we had with installation. Called at 4 pm owner showed up with a crew to fix at 6 pm. Being that on 3 business that's great customer service. I will be calling in a month to order another building. Thanx for the good work my friends at new horizons. Only thing I have to say is they use sub contractors to install only pay the install part when the building is complete. They also tell you this up front. Thanx again guys

The crew left an entire trash bag behind, saying that they do not dispose of trash. There were at least 50 screws left in my driveway. There was also trash all over my yard when they were done, they absolutely did not clean up after themselves. They weren't on time for any appointments they set up.

If I could I would give them a no star.come to our home at 7 oclock at night wanting to put the building up with no call or warning that they were coming.cant plum building right .called business and complained and got no where .would not use them again that's for sure .if I could post pictures of the building I dont think people would disagree with me.

The crew that put the building up bent the ten every were doors was not level had one door didn’t have one screw holding the hole track on have been calling for weeks to Jessica never will return your phone call. Email them they said the owner is coming to fix it but never comes.

After talking with several "metal carport" companies and having to deal with slow turn around times and no call backs. I was referred to New Horizon from a family friend. The team at New Horizon was able to talk the talk and walk the walk. 30x40 concrete pad poured and 30x40 commercial building installed within weeks of initial contact. I would highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer!!

We recently had a new custom made building installed. We worked with Rafael who was kind enough to meet us during the holiday break. He helped us put together our custom dog training building and walked us through all the options and well as the pros and cons of each option for our application. We had to increase the size of our concrete pad to accommodate the size we chose and Rafael told us to call him once it was done so we could schedule installation. We called once the concrete was done and within a week, our building was installed. Stephan was our installer and he was professional and very quick--project was completed by the end of the day including clean up. We are absolutely in love with our new building! We had gotten quotes from other places and they were at least $3-4000 more for far less than we got with New Horizon Building. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a metal building. Tell Rafael we sent you!

We had a rough start with COVID and the weather but they stayed on it . We set a date and got it built. Had a problem with building inspector, which they handled and made him happy which made me happy. I would refer them to anyone I know.

Contacted Jessica at New Horizon Buildings about purchase of a 24' x 38' steel building December 10, 2020. Building was completed by January 15th 2021. Jessica was very helpful getting the building I wanted, colors, garage door, etc. The price was also reasonable. Quality of materials and installation workmanship was very good. I Recommend this business to anyone needing a steel building. A+++

I would not buy from this company again. Quality product but lack of supervision of who they subcontract to put building together.
I purchased a 30 x 40 garage in July. Was built around beginning of August. I have reached out several times to company spoke with Jessica and assured me everything would be fixed. I have text messages also saying everything would be fixed but no response since end of August. Have been told owner would call me no response. I believe I have been fair waiting almost 6 months to write a review. Still have panels that installer scratched/ dented now rusting,used windows, frame tubing with crooked cuts. I would like to speak with someone about resolving these issues $17k and I don't feel like it's like it should have been.

Finally received my building and I am impressed. Jose did an excellent job. 4 stars isn't a reflection of the quality of the work. 5 stars for quality. 4 is for a concrete mistake, communication, and time frame.

It was a pretty good experience it took a little longer than expected for building to get installed but for the most part pretty good experience

Trying to get in contact with this company or having someone return you calls/emails is impossible. My first warning should have been prior to receiving the building because I had to call multiple times in order to receive the date the installers would be at the location. Everytime you call and ask anything they tell you someone will call you back to answer your question but no one ever returns your call. They come and pour the concrete and put up the building. I asked about the small pits in the concrete and the man only told me to seal it to cover them. Also the roll up door had a crease in one of the panels. I get in contact and have called the company multiple times over a months time to just be told they would call me back and never have. They finally told me someone would come on Sunday to do the repairs mid morning then nobody showed up and no one called or answered any of my calls/emails. I will continue to try to get my repairs but would not recommend them simply because they wont respond or do any repairs needed.

My boys & I are Very pleased with our 18’x21’ garage. Rafael & his crew arrived when expected & completed ahead of schedule. They were all very kind & professional. I believe we got a good deal & really like our garage! Thank you Rafael - definitely refer your company.

From start (ordering) to installation on my carport took 10 days, that is what I call fast. Cristian Moreno and crew showed up early and stayed until the job was done, they went above and beyond and made use out of extra trim I had, so I got more than my monies worth. They did this without asking, which is what I call true professionals. Very impressed and would definitely use them again and refer them for all.

Recently bought a quality metal carport for a great price, personal service, and super fast installation! Whole process was a great experience from planning with Kate to pricing and oversight by Jessica, to finish product by Mr. Torres and his crew!

New Horizon and their crew did a incredible job on my new building... 40x30 16 ft tall 12x12 door's. Jesus and his install team were amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating. THANKS NEW HORIZON AND CREW!

If anyone is considering going withi this company please read this entire review.I only am giving one star because there's no option to leave no stars! This company talked a big game and delivered poor service and poor communication. The manager came to the site and said there was plenty of dirt in my yard to grade the site. The grading crew came out and complained we did not provide fill dirt. The bobcat operator destroyed personal property for which the owner refused to compensate saying it was our fault for having it in the yard. Would have been happy to remove it from harm's way if they had knocked on the door to say it was in the way. I had to pay an additional $3000 to have a drainage system put in due to how they left the site. Then the concrete crew arrived a few days later totally unprepared for concrete. Left at 10:40 to get anchors saying they would return in 30 miutes. Concrete trucks arrived on schedule 10 minutes later. The crew finally arrived back at 12:15. They still had to put the vapor barrier down and place the anchors. Concrete is still on the trucks. Finally concrete driver told them they had 10 minutes to get the site ready to pour. When the trucks dumped their loads the concrete immediately started to set up. The crew managed to complete part of the pad but could not use the majority of the concrete which dried to a huge pile in the center of the pad. The part of the pad that they managed to complete was cracked that evening. The contract I signed specified fiber mesh in the concrete for which I was charged but they never ordered it, which the concrete truck driver confirmed. When I called New Horizon about the situation they broke our conctract and refused to return my down payment. They sent their crew back to clean up the mess they left. Took them three days. As reported earlier in another review they repeatedly did not return phone calls throughout this entire debacle.

I had a great experience with New Horizon Building. We love our new garage.All the contractors were professional and hard working.Katlyn was nice and pleasant to communicate. I now have a nice Ladies Cave. Thanks!!!

New Horizon built me a beautiful building (18' x 21' x 9') at a great price. They arrived when expected and completed the project on schedule. The staff and contractors were happy to answer all of my questions and the only surprise was how amazing my new building is!

I loved the service staff was really helpful and the installers did a great job of installing the building very professional.

I bought a 24x31x9 building with a concrete floor and ramp.Both contractors worked very hard. Building was finished in around 7 hrs.Building looks good and well built. Thanks to everyone at New Horizon Buildings and Concrete.

This may be slightly long. I will tell my experience and allow you to decide for yourself. I contact New Horizons and get a quote. They are very quick to contact you back and offer any assistance they can so I like the price and seems the customer service is good so I sign a contract and pay the down payment. That was the end of the quick response and quality customer service. Mind you I started this process in March and here it is August and I’m still waiting to have a completed building. In the beginning I ask the sales lady if they were gonna send someone out to look the lay of the land over, she says no we don’t do that. So a crew finally comes out a couple months later just to tell me I need to get some fill dirt and that I owed them 300.00 dollars because they weren’t able to do anything. It takes another month of calling and calling until they eventually get the grading and concrete finished. I have to do the backfilling and finishing around the pad. So now I’m waiting for the building which is another couple months of calling and getting an I don’t know but I will find out and give you a call answer, only to get no call and I have to call them. I get a phone call telling me that the roll up doors are on 2 week back order and that I could upgrade to panel doors that were ready for 800.00 a door and they would be able to get the building started. So I do, 2 weeks later they start the buiding and here it is another 3 weeks after that and I’m still waiting on doors, said it will be another week plus before I get the doors. 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on them to fix the roof so I can get gutters installed, to get my windows installed, to get panels replaced that were cut to short. I can’t get in touch with anyone, and when I do they don’t know anything and tell me they will find out and call me back, which they never ever do. Or they tell me someone will be there to on s certain day and they never show. Good price but very, very bad communication and service. To me, all the aggravation is not worth the little I saved on the purchase. LESSON LEARNED!
