We are very happy with the work NH Exteriors did for us. The estimator & office staff were great to work with; they showed up when they said they would; Henry and the install crew were friendly, efficient, and experts in their craft. Our new siding has made our home look brand new. We definitely recommend NH Exteriors for your siding project!

They did an awesome job! They arrived promptly and were on the roof working in under 10 minutes. The new roof looks awesome and they put everything on the decks back where it was, and left the grounds neat and clean of any nails or other debris. I would highly recommend NH Exteriors for any roofing projects!

The over 30-year-old clapboard siding on the “weather side” of our home was replaced by NH Exterior, Inc. on July 8, 2024. We want you to know how completely satisfied we are with the entire progression of this project.

The original planning was done in early March, when we also made the down payment. The work was scheduled to be done at the beginning of June after our return from a lengthy stay with relatives abroad. The company managing our solar system was, however, not able to remove their control panels on time. NH Exterior demonstrated utmost flexibility in rescheduling.

The technicians installing the new siding arrived early Monday morning. They introduced themselves as Henry and Darwin and went right to work. They were done removing the old siding just as the material trailer came. The timing was perfect. The two men worked with much diligence and precision and completed the job by the evening. We had expected it to take two days!

Cleaning up after themselves was so thorough that when they left, our house and its immediate surroundings looked brand new.

We cannot emphasize enough the expertise and kindness of all your staff, especially Henry and Darwin, who were really the ones at the core of the project.

Had metal roof installed 3 months ago. We love it and loved working with the office staff, installers and everyone involved. Many neighbors are complimenting it and we’re so happy! Heavily recommend!

I had Doors in stalled by Henry and Darwin from New Hampshire Exteriors. They were professional, proficient, and quick. I did have some delivery issues, but the company stepped up and ensured I was happy with my new Beautiful Doors.

Kenneth was here for a remeasure for my casement windows. He was fantastic, informative and we are very pleased with this company. Everyone needs to access this company for windows. Also Jeremy Delisle was the sales person and he rocks! Use this company, you will not be disappointed!

We have replaced 2 picture windows and 16 other windows with ones from NHE. How wonderful to be able to wash both the inside and outside from within the house. Window sills that don't need repainting - a great bonus. The workers who installed and have returned to help with any other concerns that have arisen have been most helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff - courteous and dependable. Thank you, NHE!

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE REVIEWS… POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS - TAKE HEED!

I, too, received a phone call even though I’m on the block list (I think) when I asked during the initial call how they got my number, Linda, told me some list. OKAY…. Now Linda was great, explained things thoroughly, so I made the appt., but not before again asking how they found me and if they were coming to Boston. (Thanks to the reviews after canceling the appt, I found out the work would be outsourced.)

Anyway, fast forward to today when they called to confirm the appt. I think it was Richard, who was rude, and told me that every adult in the home has to be present. After I pushed back, he said not tenants. My adult son and brother that live with me are not tenants. Then he said just my older dad who co-owns home with me. I said that’s fine, you can meet him and get signatures, but he would be a part of the presentation because he makes no decisions and doesn’t care. That wasn’t good enough so I canceled the appt. Then I read the reviews before I wrote this, I lucked out that Richard was rude! On to researching other companies.

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews - scope out the rest of my reviews and you'll see what I mean. As I sit here in my daughter's bedroom that is colder now, after a brand new window installation, than it was with the 40 year old windows, I have to offer this buyer beware.

If I wrote a narrative to share our experience, we'd both be here all day. Here's a list of what we experienced:

- incorrect information about financing - a credit card showed up at our house when we thought we were just getting financing, not a new credit card.
- windows and door delivered to the wrong address, basically left roadside (see pics) which I found after the crew showed up looking to do the install - after the manager told me they were coming a day later and I told him the windows and doors hadn't been delivered, to which he said his delivery guy dropped them off even though I told him they werent at our house.
- manager laughs when I discovered our windows and door roadside up the street
- manager sends delivery guy to move windows and door to my house. I have to ask to have the delivery guy knock to ensure he's at the right address, you'd think they would want that too.
- delivery guy cracks casing on sliding door (see pic) when unloading it, doesn't say anything and proceeds to leave white finishing nails all over the driveway (see pic).
- I question what was ordered because we're short windows. I will take some responsibility here for not ensuring the double window was ordered - I assumed the sales guy and manager were good at their jobs and I didn't pay close enough attention.
- after spending almost 2 days, missing work, trying to navigate this disaster, spending an hour picking up finishing nails and getting a text from the manager when I was livid and deserved a phone call, I lost it and tried to cancel.
- the Director of Ops talks us into moving forward offering a small discount which I had to push back on to get an offer more commensurate with our experience.
- door reorder takes FOREVER (in all fairness, not necessarily their fault)
- stuff arrives, the install begins. We are missing the double window, the primary reason we started this project. Of course the installers remove the double window first and then realize they dont have the new windows to fit the hole. The manager accuses us of not having him measure it. I assure him we did, he lays all blame on us after admitting he didn't have the form he was supposed to when he came to measure. I didn't realize I should have recorded him while he was in my house to ensure he did his job correctly.
- the crew leaves blades on my deck
- the crew places the old, rotting trim back on the windows when we are supposed to get flashing.
- Director of Ops acts like he's doing us a favor sending guys back out to put up the flashing that was in our contract.
- we have to demand the flashing gets done asap as they wouldn't guarantee when they could get to it.
- crew comes to do flashing and tells us our previously done windows have pvc flashing but they're installing aluminum and it will look different. This is the first we've heard of this.
- in a state of utter disgust and frustration, we move forward just wanting the project done and this sham of a company off our property.

We are left with shoddy install work (nail sticking out and hammered sideways, missing/incomplete seals, leaky windows - see pics), trash on our deck and in our garbage, pieces of trim kicking around (all trash was to be removed) and the bill.

I cannot recommend this company. I regret doing business with them. Yes, I made some mistakes too; I trusted them to be the experts and that I wouldn't have to be a general contractor.

I will have to pay to have someone correct what they've done because despite a labor warranty, I refuse to have them step foot on my property again.

I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Had new windows installed last Friday through NH Exteriors. The crew did an amazing job putting in 24 windows in about 10 hours. They look fantastic and the crew cleaned everything up after themselves. They were so nice - real pros. The entire NHEXT staff was great to work with! Ken, Jeremy and Shannon were the best! I can't tell you how exciting it is to be able to see clearly out our windows! The house is brighter too with the light that is able to come thru! Looking for new windows? Call these guys! You won't be sorry!

NH Exteriors, Inc has done work on my home and I am very pleased with the product brands that they offer. If you have a certain budget they are willing to work with you to stay within a reasonable range. They also offer a warranty that cannot be beat!

I decided to cancel my window purchase after I learned NH Exteriors deceptively took out a line of credit on my behalf in the amount of $9,000 for a window that costs $3,045. Why? In the meantime I have had a mountain bike accident and am recovering from a pelvic fracture. I have no medical insurance, so I’m facing costly medical bills. There’s no way I can afford my window. Despite numerous calls to NH Exteriors to cancel, I have been met with belligerent behavior, ie that I can’t cancel my order. I called twice last week, 7/30 & 7/31/ 2020, only to be told that the Finance manager would return my calls. As of today, 8/4/2020, no one has returned my calls.

If I could Rate NH Exteriors with lower than 0 stars .. like -999999 stars I would.
In my opinion NH Exteriors is the worst company in All of New Hampshire.

I will Never Recommend this company, not even to someone I disliked in hopes they would mess their house up..
I’d rather them just not waste anyones time.

Besides They just subcontract all their work, hardly a Home Improvement company and more like a Sales/Marketing company interested in Taking as much of Your money if you let them.

Happy Holidays xx

We had a wonderful experience with NH Exteriors. The initial meeting was excellent .The work was completed by professionals. The house looks beautiful. We are so happy with the completed job. We are getting lots of compliments on the new look and color. We have recommended this company to two other friends who are going to have their houses done. Thank you for your professionalism .

WE WILL NEVER USE NEW HAMPSHIRE EXTERIORS TO INSTALL A ROOF AGAIN! Why? Because of the excellent job that they did, and the materials used, will last a lifetime--and probably beyond.
When you make a worthwhile investment in a standing-seam roof it had better be done correctly for functionality, beauty and endurance.
Thank you, James Taylor, accounts manager; your top installation crew of John, Lewis and Rick; and Kevin their materials support driver. You all have fulfilled our expectations. The result of your work is a beautiful roof that is functional, long lasting, and makes our entire house look better and more valuable.
We enthusiastically recommend New Hampshire Exteriors to be your first, and last, roofing contractor.

Great place to work and to buy your exterior needs. All our products are maintenance free, energy efficient and comes with a lifetime warranty except our roofing systems our mental roofing comes with a 50 year warranty and our shingle roofing comes with a 30 year warranty. Call today for your free estimates and ask about our different incentives, discounts, and financing. Also if you mention my name you will receive an even better discount on your purchase.

Very disappointed. Met their rep at a home show and asked about custom screen doors for our new home. We were told that it ‘wouldn’t be an issue,’ and that they ‘would be happy to come out and give us an estimate.’ Great! Not great. We set up a day and time that both my boyfriend and I could be there, and had at least 3 conversations leading up to the appointment. The morning of the appointment we get a call at 8:30- and hour and a half before they were supposed to arrive saying ‘Yeah, that’s too small a job for us to come out for, so we are cancelling.’ Needless to say, we are upset. After having been told that they would be happy to look and try and help us, to cancel and say that our job is too small? Very unprofessional on the part of this company. That is not a way to obtain a customer base. Basically we we told that our job was not important enough to bother with. And, on top of that, they call the day of the appointment to cancel- we had changed our day to work around this appointment and were ready to potentially buy doors today. Will never buy from this company, and I suggest they work on customer service and not making promises they don’t intend on even attempting to follow through on.

I worked here briefly over the summer, we bought a house... and I was dead set on having them doing our metal roof this summer.
But come tax season when they are trying to charge me $50 for my tax forms... I've decided to look into other local bussiness.
One who doesn't scam people.
