I called them because I had some loose shingles. It turns out the roof was missing ridge caps . New Era Roofing came and fixed the loose shingles added the missing ridge caps for the whole roof!! They were able to come the same day!! I was so grateful. Thank you New Era Roofing!!!

When I stripped my old roof and found that all the decking needed replacing in the next couple days before roofing materials were delivered, I called about 20 roofing companies. New Era was one of the few that got back to me and bid the job on short notice, and their price was reasonable. They showed up, did the job, and when I asked them to replace any damp insulation and charge me extra, they went above and beyond, even going to buy a new roll of insulation and charging me zero extra except the cost of the materials.

If that wasn't enough, when they found out that I was replacing the roofing myself, they gave me a bunch of advice, dropped off some extra flashing and vent covers I was missing (again, free of charge), loaned me some tools, and even showed up and showed me some tricks to shingling valleys about midway through the job.

Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough.

From start to finish, the New Era Roofing team did a fantastic job and more than I had expected them to do for the repair of my roof. It was a one day job and even after finding a few more unexpected problems, they finished that day and the cost was extremely fair for me.
