Our experience with New Era was great! They assisted with filing the claim with our insurance company after the hail storm. Their crew were hard working and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up so well afterward that you wouldn't know they were even there! I am very pleased with the results.

New Era was extremely easy to work with. They replaced the roof, fascia, and shingles of our house and both garages after bad hail damage. They took care of all of the insurance matters, including appealing the original coverage. They provided excellent customer service and checked in with us regularly. The roofing guys were quick, thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Genaro and his team came to inspect the work during and after.

New Era 180 Restoration did an amazing job on my roof and my siding. They were very helpful in explaining the process, and working with the insurance company. They even replaced rotted wood in my roof that I didn't even know about. They were absolutely wonderful to work with.

Genero and his team are very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on their job. From the time of the inspection up to the final work. They had our roof, gutter, downspout replaced. They did a wonderful job on my roof and siding. The project ended up being larger than originally expected, but the finished product looks amazing. Their attention to all the little details made such a difference. They even took care of some things I wasn't expecting like fixing some broken window screens and putting up some new exterior lighting fixtures. I have received nothing but compliments on my house. We love the job New Era 180 did for us. We needed a new roof, facia, etc due to storms , high winds, and hail. They worked with us and the insurance to get replacements. Installation was really great. It was fast and looks beautiful. Not only that, they did a great clean up. We really recommend New Era!
