What Users Like The Least

Came out and gave quote in early May...showed up mid end of June and had no idea on how to fix a fascia soffit repair.
They kept me hanging for 2 months because I signed contract/proposal...finally they put the answering machine on.

Todd and the team at NE Roof did an amazing job with a window replacement at Holy Trinity Catholic Academy in Shelton, CT. They were very responsive, prompt in their follow up, worked great through the bid process and the work product was top notch - clean, on budget, on time and well executed!!

Great company. Todd the owner was onsite the whole time. They completed the entire replacement in one day, and they thoroughly cleaned up the entire area which is important to my wife and I. The roof looks great and the price was right. Highly Recommended.

Todd and his team are top notch! I called for an estimate and he came out exactly when he said he would, friendly professional and gave me an honest quote. When I decided to go with him to do the job, a large multi roof home in Southbury he told me it would take 2 days, which I thought was fast. He showed up on time and with a full crew. They finished in one day! totally exceeded my expectations. cleaned up everything and the finishd job looks great. I can not reccommend enough!

The siding on our house was covered with mold. New England Roof Care provided house-washing services for us and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the final results. Be Very Careful Before You Sign Contract with these people. Came out and gave quote in early May. Said I would go on a list when signed . Showed up mid end of June and had no idea on how to fix a fascia soffit repair. Not the right ladder ...completely in the dark..THEN said they would be out next week. KEPT me hanging for 2 months because I signed contract/proposal ..finally they

Todd did a great job cleaning my roof and repairing my chimney. My roof had algae issues and had dark streaks, I could see some shingles were at risk of damage. My chimney flashing was not sealed before and I needed a new crown and cap. Todd had the job done by lunchtime.

We used New England Roof Care for Flip Clean Gutter installation on our 2-story home in Pennsylvania. Not only did Todd agree to make the trip from Connecticut to install this specialized gutter system, but he extended his day well beyond his original plans when he realized that another contractor of ours gave us bad (short) measurements for all the gutters on the house.

Todd took the time to go to multiple different vendors to source the additional material needed, and paint it to match the color we had originally picked before the job began. Five star review for this company that went above and beyond on a job that already took them well out of the way of their normal area of operation.
