Kristian and his team overall did a fantastic job. Very communicative and responsive to our requests. We had multiple jobs done - opened up and patched a water damaged wall, diagnosed the issue and repaired said window trim, installed overhead light fixtures in various rooms, fixed a door in the basement to allow for better air flow, fixed the missing rodent proofing on the roof and chimney flashing, and even installed a Ring camera for us. Price points all seemed very fair too. Thanks for the hard work!

It was unfortunate to have such a bad experience with Kristian because the reason we chose him as our contractor was because the reviews on here were so great. After looking through them you can see that a lot of the reviews that are posted are from family or friends. From our own experience with him, there’s no way all these reviews are genuine customers. First of all, he is very dishonest as the price he gave us for the work that was done was way off of what the value was for it. It’s not just us saying this, but we had people come out and give us estimates and they also confirmed the price was very off of what it was worth. He also charges taxes and add on fees that I have never had any other contractor add on to the bill. I have multiple properties and I’ve worked with countless amounts of contractors I have never had prices like this. It also looks like he does work when he and his team feel like it as they don’t give you dates and times for the work they have to do, but estimates like “maybe this week” or “early next week” it’s super unprofessional. He also does not go to estimates with insurance, which most contractors I have worked in the past go to, that alone tells you how sketchy this company is. This whole experience working with Kristian has been very stressful and frustrating and not at all what we expected it to be. I hope this review helps anyone else that is thinking about working with him so they don’t have to go through what we did.

We needed to replace our front porch railing. Kristian and his crew came on time in the morning and completed the job in a day as he said. The railing came out sturdy and amazing. We are so happy that we found Kristian and his crew.

Kristian and his crew exceeded expectations through each phase of the project. He checked in every day and gave us status updates on the project. Kristian was honest and transparent whenever something unexpected popped up while offering best practices solutions.

My wife and I were thrilled by the genuine care and concern they had for our home. During construction there was an unexpected storm that would have affected an exposed part of the house. Their crew came in the middle of the night to put up a tarp and protect our home.

We had a fantastic experience working with Kristian and his team to remodel our bathroom and build a new laundry area in our home. Kristian is extremely professional, communicative, timely, and his team was incredibly hardworking and it shows in their work. Kristian and his crew did an outstanding job demoing our entire bathroom and rebuilding it from the ground up. The whole process was only 5 weeks from start to finish and this was a major remodel which involved removing and adding walls. The quality of the finished room is top notch! Before was a horribly cramped, single vanity, tiny stall shower with separate tub, ugly 1950’s bathroom. New photos are the curbless slate shower, open concept room, and double vanity.

I contracted with K&X Construction Services to build an additional bedroom with a bath on my home. My experience was extremely positive and the finished product looks fabulous. Kristian, the company, owner, was professional, personable, and great to work with. His team were very hard workers, came every day and even on Saturdays, and did very high-quality work. If you are looking for a company that is reliable, cares about the quality of its work and the satisfaction of its customers, I highly recommend K&X!

I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer.

I hired K and X construction for my master bathroom. They did such a nice job I contracted with them to do my guest bathroom. Kristian and his crew were knowledgeable, clear in his communication, fair with his pricing, timely, and most of all a man of honesty and integrity. I see a bright future for this young man. Kristian and his team are exceptionally reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. The quality of the work was really above and beyond. We especially appreciated the care they took in making sure everything looked perfect before they left - all the trim matched the other trim; two coats of paint on everything; all the dust was cleaned up. Another thing I appreciated was while our walls were opened up, they saw our plumbing was super old so they just updated it to the modern standard. It’s thoughtful and smart decisions like this that made the project so successful. We have a very old and often surprising house and they did an amazing job with it.

I had a floor joisting issue and had broken joists. I feel he provided the correct solution instead of a solution that would only be a bandaid. Kristian was so helpful and patient. Any concern I had he addressed immediately and professionally. His team was efficient and thorough and was also very patient to answer any questions I had throughout the job. I was pleased to see his team go over their work and make any wanted (probably unnecessary) adjustments just to ensure the job was nice and tight. My favorite part: they cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave a mess in my house, as many contractors do. Not only will I ask them to help me again with any work I might need, but I would recommend them.

Kristian was very easy to work with and showed up always when he said he would. Kristian made sure to get us all the proper permits and made sure everything was under contract which just enforced his reliability. We had our entire upstairs gutted and redone. New framing, insulation, electrical, drywall and paint. All of his employees were kind and very professional. They made sure we were happy with everything and stressed that it was very important to them. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend him to others and we look forward to more projects being done with them in the future.

After having contacted multiple contractors and getting slow responses, no responses, non-committal timelines and widely fluctuating pricing I finally found K&X Construction. They completely gutted and remodeled our original 1948 cape bathroom and made it absolutely beautiful. From the start they constantly kept in contact via phone/text and email which is already a win when dealing with contractors. Their first acts were to pull the necessary permits from the town, post their licenses on the front door and arrange inspection for the electrical/plumbing at the midway point all without having to be asked. If you've ever had to deal with contractors for your home before you know how bad things can be and with how professional this company is I had to take the 5 minutes out to type this long winded positive review. Thanks for the bathroom guys, we love it.

Kristian installed 1" Bluestone. Some of the Bluestones were not properly cemented downed, you could pull it off by hand. Kristian, we both know that there are no text messages of the color choice. I pointed it out to you at the Quarry that I wanted solid blue. Kristian knew that I hired another contractor to install the Granite tops and fixed the railings. Kristian took credit for installing the Granite tops. You posted on Facebook and Instagram that you did the job with a granite top. I caught you about it, and you pulled the posting down. I have proof of both sites in black and white and photos what you posted. You should be honest about yourself and the job and just say that you installed the wrong stones and the railings were installed improperly. Plus, why did you take credit for another Masonry company and you still are showing photos of the job with the granite top on your web site that you didn’t do! Hack job!!!!

Kristian, his brother, and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish on our outdoor patio project. The communication, workmanship, and professionalism were fantastic.
