I hired J.R. Andrews to remodel my kitchen after moving in to our new home. Jesse was extremely thorough and professional while being conscientious about our budget and our timeline. He maintained an open line of communication throughout the whole process and provided his own professional insight in order to help give us exactly what we were looking for. We have been using Jesse for the last two homes we owned. He is very meticulous about his work. Since it is only him and not a big box store, there is a bit of a wait so book him when he gives you the estimate. He also has started a "cleaning grout" service. After a year my Tec Power grout turned a bit darker, but the Tec Power grout did its job and didn't stain. Jesse used his products to clean the grout and it came back to its original color. I will be sealing the grout in 24 hours. Thanks for your beautiful work and for the new service you are offering: cleaning the grout and getting it back to its original color. This was an additional charge after a year, but well worth it. He showed me how to keep up the grout color. Thank you Jessee!!

Very down to earth and genuine, once I spoke to him I never considered looking for a comparison, he was knowlegable with great pricing. Looking forward to seeing the outcome. We have used JR Andrew's tile service since 2010. Our house had a flood and the kitchen floor had to be picked up. He did a meticulous job so we had him put up a matching backsplash. We also had Jesse pick up the dated tile in the guest bathroom upstairs and modernize it with 12 x 24 tile. Beautiful job! We downsized last year and had Jesse pick up the hardwood in our kitchen and tile the floor. It came out beautiful. But shortly after, the tile started to bleed. Not Jesse's fault as we purchased the tile at a tile store. We had to have this tile picked up and start over with new tile we purchased elsewhere. Jesse knew the stress of this job being done twice. The floor is beautiful! When we are ready to pick up the bathroom floors, we will be using Jesse. He schedules out a bit as he has a solo business. I like having the owner of a business do the work. He takes pride in his work, and without a doubt my husband and I recommend Jesse. He is worth the wait, and his prices are very competitive. Thank you Jesse for your patience with us as well.

We hired J.R. Andrews to tile our kitchen floors and backsplash after getting a few quotes. We thought Jesse was great to deal with and the pricing was fair and accurately matched the initial estimate given. Scheduling with him was easy and they did a great job. We loved the tile he helped us choose and we always received compliments by anyone who saw the work. His team was very professional and always personable.
