This company does not do good financing! My advice to anybody dealing with this company is have your own financing ready when you make an agreement for work to be done! They did not inform me that a loan did not go through. I was in touch with Brit Esterly several times and I was told I was set with financing. It was a credit card almost from the beginning. Buyer beware!

10/10 service from beginning to end! They are super efficient and have great communication. Jake came by our house and installed new windows for us. Much better price than competitors and excellent quality!!

Will use again in the future! Recommend to family and friends!!

Great job on the siding!

These guys did an awesome job on my house. Super professional, showed up on time, and the quality of the work really shows. They kept everything clean and made the whole process easy. My house looks way better now — like a total upgrade. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing siding done.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. This company has come to my home unannounced and unwanted twice. Trying to offer me services I didn't ask for. They are very intrusive and ask questions that are none of their business. I called the office yesterday to kindly request they stop coming to my home. And the older gentleman who came to my house answered the phone. He was extremely rude and offended by the fact that I mentioned it's odd his business address is in griswold but yet he was telling me they are out of taftville. He has a few other bad reviews from people who received their services. He got all upset because I asked him NOT to come to my home soliciting. Saying I'm not a buyer he doesn't care what I think. Well after speaking with him I will definitely never use this company. Stay away!!!

Looking through the listings for a gutter siding contractor and called New England Home improvement left a message. Calls me back today on Father's Day asking if I own the home alone, my reply is no that he asks my wife's name for whatever reason. When I laughed and said I was in construction for 35 years and I've never asked a man his wife's name on a first phone call he hung up on me lol
