Big shout out to the entire crew that came to replace our roof. All were wonderful! Garyn did an excellent job keeping us updated and informed. Great communication from the top on down. Thanks to all especially Garyn.

Our HOA hired the company to complete the roof on two (5 unit each) buildings in Wexford. They worked with HOA and the residents from start to finish to accommodate everyone’s needs. The job was completed in agreed time frame. The project manager was supervising on the site and addressing all the concerns. The site was clean and well organized. The HOA is very satisfied with the way the project was handled and the quality of the work that was done. We will definitely re-hire them again if/when needed.

The crew worked very hard the entire project. They cleaned up at the end with a fine-tooth comb. Garyn kept me in the loop on the entire day. Would recommend them to anyone. Price was a big selling point, but after working with them the whole group was a joy to work with.

The staff at Neil and Son Roofing are wonderful. Keith, Jared, and Dillon all were very professional, kind, and eager to offer any help along the way. The process was wonderful and they were very eager to please. They say they put their customers first, and it shows. I would recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

The roof looks great but they put a hole in my porch cover and popped my daughter's slip and slide. They were not respectful of our belongings and threw tiles on top of our porch chairs etcThey blocked both our front door and back door I had to ask them to please clear one of the exits as it is a safety hazard and a fire hazard and I could not let my dog out to go to the bathroom. They did and I let the dog out to go to the bathroom They neglected to tell me that they had broken the gate so my dog got loose and could have been hit by a car but luckily the neighbor was able to get her and bring her back and aside from a broken piece on the gate it was able to be put back together. They did a good job cleaning up but you should not be damaging customers property we have a huge yard There was no reason to lay the roofing tarp anywhere near my daughter's play area to throw old roof tiles on let alone throw roof tiles on to our canopy onto her slip and slide and definitely no reason to break the gate when it was a simple as opening it moving it or even stepping over it.

First they thanked me for contacting them and then called me at least twice saying they were working on a proposal for a complete roof replacement. I was told I would have it over 2 weeks and still have not received it. I have chosen one of the other companies that got back to me in a timely manor.

These guys are upfront and personable great experience with them kept me updated every step of the way I wish every company would do business the way they do. They did a great clean up job when they were done also.

They were excellent I am very satisfied in my roof installation. Neil and Son roofing were professional from start to finish. I have never worked with a more professional company. My roof looks beautiful.

I called around for some estimates and first dealt with Hugh Harper from Neill and son, who was so personable and very prompt at getting me an estimate to have my roof re-shingled… He was very informative and answered all of my questions and followed up.. My project manager, Tristen, and his crew showed up at 7:30 am and got my roof completed by early afternoon.. He and his crew were professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my home looked better than when they found it.. clean up was amazing!! Joe communicated the scheduling and reviewing our project. Tristen the sight manager during the install was awesome with communications, safety and kept me updated during the installation. When i purchased my home, i was told I needed a new roof and home owners would not insure a 20 yr old roof.
My real estate agent suggested a Pittsburgh roofer. I contacted the company. After 3 days of no return call, I started looking at roofing companies online and their reviews. Neill + Son Roofing had great reviews and i received a call back the same day.
Tyler, my 1st contact was impressive with explaining the whole process + educating me about changes in the roofing industry.
Garyn Byran was the lead manager the day the roof was put on. He kept me informed about any changes as the old roof was coming off + and was a real motivator to his team. It was done in 1 day and cleanup was amazing.

We had our roof replaced by Neil and Son Roofing over the last 2 days. The sales experience was great with no high pressure tactics. The project manager, Garyn, was great and kept us informed. Issues arose with the installation crew causing ceiling damage and an electrical problem. Garyn promised to have someone here to inspect the damage and get it fixed. I will post again and let you know how that process goes. Otherwise, the roof, gutters and gutter guard look great.

Garyn Byran and Pam Szramowski delivered on their promise to rectify all issues. Our electrical problem was addressed by our preferred electrician, and the drywall and painting repairs were done by experienced professionals. Everything looks great, and I would recommend Neil and Son Roofing to anyone. Changing to 5 stars!

The workers showed up promptly at 7:00am, and quickly proceeded to tarp off the areas around the house & garages. It wasn’t long until the were on the roof, and removing the old shingles. There were 6 of them & they got right to work & were done quickly. They then started the ice & water sealer & then the starter courses. It wasn’t long until all the underpayment materials were done & they started shingling. The took a short lunch break & then back at it. It was all finished by 1:30 & cleanup was done by 2:00. We couldn’t ask for a harder working crew. They were courteous & thorough. Zack was a pleasure to work with & addressed our 2 very minor concerns. I usually do not take the time to rate a service. But in this case this company is outstanding in every way! Until 2 years ago I was a construction manager for a home builder. Before that I was a property manager. You can see where I'm going. I have been in construction for over 35 years. This company gave me a price, along with 5 other companies. After talking to all I decided to go with Neill. Company did EXACTLY AS NEILL EXPLAINED IN THE CONTRACT AND EVEN MORE! HIS STANDARDS ARE AS HIGH AS MINE WHEN I WORKING. But unfortunately I had a stroke 2 years ago.

Everything went so smooth! The team worked hard and took extreme care with every aspect from starting the process all the way through to clean up.

Project manager Mark coordinated the roofing schedule to ensure there were no delays for my construction contractor. On the day of the roof installation NSR's onsite representative, Zach, had the crew ready to start at 7:00 am, the old roof shingles were removed, and by 4:00 pm, the new roof was completed, and the property was clean. Although the roof on my ranch-style house was not the most challenging, there were several repair issues that needed to be addressed. I was also equally impressed with the knowledge and work ethic of their roofing crew.

If your looking to get roofing contractor estimates save your self some time and look no further than Neill and Son roofing. I recently found myself in a predicament with a leaky roof and a significant amount of rain in the immediate forecast. I had chosen Neill and son to do my roof and when I explained my situation and concerns about all the rain Mark jumped into action and made it happen quickly even though they were tied up on other jobs and within a day and a half I had my new roof. I was extremely grateful for the effort not to mention impressed. They are reasonably priced and use a good quality product and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The crew did a great job cleaning up too. My back patio was clean afterwards where as it wasn’t clean before they got there LOL. They also offer financing. Checked all the boxes for me and I don’t think you can go wrong with Neill and Son.
