Dimitri met me and our real estate agent at the client's home and was so thorough in the evaluation of the existing roof. He communicated in detail all aspects of the damage the existing roof had and explained how Near Me Roofing would repair it. He took the time to answer all our questions and never once making us feel like we were just another call. We have had nearly ten different companies out to look at our cedar shake roof to find out if it needed to be repaired or replaced. We aren't currently having any issues with the roof but wanted to be proactive before something occurred. Elijah was super upfront and honest with me about his opinion that the roof did not need to be replaced even though they don't do cedar repair and it wouldn't benefit them. Every other roofing company told me I needed to replace my roof because the maintenance involved in cedar shake wasn't worth it. We were so confused we finally hired an independent inspector to get his opinion on our roof and it matched exactly what Elijah had told us. The inspector also informed me that there are a lot of companies that will just show you pictures and try to scare you and tell you it's for peace of mind just to replace it. Turns out we need to replace approximately one bundle of shingles and some ridge caps. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate Elijah being so direct and honest with us and when it does come time to actually replace our roof or when my friends ask me who to call we know exactly where to go and where to send them.

In preparing my home for sale I need a new roof & Gutters. I contacted 3 roofing companies for bids.
In reviewing these bids side by side line by line there was no hesitation in choosing NEARME Roofing. When Elijah arrived, he spent considerable time to identify what was needed and what his company had to offer to fulfill these needs. He presented options on different material qualities, price difference, and add on's available.. There were no Hidden costs . They gave prices based on number of boards that might be required to repair and price per board. That is not in bid as they don't know number until they are doing work.
All questions i had were answered immediately. The roofing crew and gutter crew were extremely efficient, friendly and also courteous of safety for my dog and myself. They did an amazing clean up before leaving my home.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Near Me Roofing company, and they did an excellent job. What I liked is that they used high quality materials, Malarkey Vista shingles that are (based on my independent research) better than most products on the market. The entire process and scheduling has been smooth, they were pretty flexible when it comes to install dates, especially since I had to work around getting two very large trees removed near the house (wanted to take care of the trees first). They showed up on time, early in the morning, delivered a dumpster and shingles and got to work quickly and efficiently. I’m impressed with the attention to detail, using metal flashing in all areas that are needed, and protecting critical areas of the roof. They also installed ridge vents along the entire roof ridge on both upper and lower sections, that improved attic ventilation. After the job was done, they cleaned everything well, there were no nails or materials left behind. Overall, I would highly recommend Near Me Roofing company for full roof replacement and repairs

Absolutely wonderful experience with NearMe Roofing! We had a terrible previous roofer, but Elijah came to our rescue! Elijah from roofing came in and inspected a sudden leak that we found in our bedroom. The whole process was extremely smooth, from the free but very comprehensive inspection (including drone shots and great, detailed future advice), to the repair itself that was quoted reasonably and scheduled and performed efficiently. Even though the damage was outside the initial scope, the quote adjustment was minor and the repair was still completed on the same day. We felt like we were in great and trustworthy hands all the way through and are definitely comfortable reaching out for any future roofing needs!
