I had an outstanding experience working with NDC on the design of four ADUs across multiple properties. From start to finish, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Special thanks to Nader, the lead designer, whose creativity and attention to detail brought our vision to life while staying compliant with city requirements. Every plan was well thought out and delivered on time, making the permitting process smooth. I highly recommend NDC and Nader for anyone looking to design high-quality, efficient ADUs!

I worked with this construction company two years ago when they built my house from scratch, including the concrete work, framing, and the entire interior. They also installed turf, a vinyl fence, and upgraded the electric panel to 200 amps. I was extremely satisfied with their work back then. This time, they painted the exterior of my house, remodeled my bathroom and kitchen, and replaced the flooring with vinyl. The results are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them!
