Mo was awesome. He walked us through the process of replacing part of our floor after water damage and proceeded to complete thorough work. His communication was excellent and most important imo is that he is completely trustworthy.

Mo was very professional and friendly, great to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do. They were very quick at their job and very good about cleaning up. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a very good contractor.

SMS Contracting replaced my roof after wind damage. Moe was easy to deal with – he gave me prices and options up front and stuck to them – no surprises. He was also very flexible when I made changes during the project. The workmanship was excellent and the roof was completed very quickly. Highly recommended.
