Justin at NBS roofing was referred to me when we found a leak in our house. He came out, inspected the roof, answered and explained all my questions, and was very responsive in communicating. The patch fixed the leak. I’ll be getting the roof replaced later this year.

I’m really happy with the work done by NBS Roofing, Inc. They were professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly. The roof looks great, and I no longer have to worry about leaks. The whole experience was smooth, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repairs!

If I could leave 10 stars I would!! Today was a wonderful day! I was in desperate need of getting a roof leak looked at as soon as possible so I looked online for a local company to ask about getting an evaluation and advice about a leak in the roof of my parent's home. Although it was close to closing and a Saturday, I called NBS Roofing and got Brian. Brian was very understanding and helpful and said he would reach out to Justin to see if he could meet my husband and I at my parent's home. I couldn't believe it. My prayers were answered when Justin said he would take a look and send over an estimate later. Justin also said he would help to temporarily stop the leak until we could decide what our next steps would be for a permanent fix. Both my Mom and Dad passed away in 2022. My dad was the handyman when we were growing up but later in life, he could no longer make any repairs. The roof was leaking really bad and I would worry often about the increasing damage it was causing over time. Tonight I will be able to sleep easier knowing Justin has helped us! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement!! I am so grateful and thankful to God for sending an angel to help us today. My Dad was a Pastor. My Mom and Dad gave their lives to help serve others. I am so happy that God sent someone by to help them even though they will never see it. We will make sure their property is brought back to its former glory. We are looking forward to getting NBS to help us achieve it! Rarely do you get to meet good people these days. I can truly say they are good people! I highly recommend NBS!

Absolutely amazing! Honest and practical.. No danger of being upsold, and truly looked at the problem we had and came up with the best solution. No scare tactics, and they were quick to come out.

Had a small leak causing a water stain in master bedroom. A neighbor recommended NBS. Justin came out that day to assess the issue and to also survey the roof for any other potential problems. The issue was a boot on the vent. Problem solved. Additionally, I went ahead and had Justin complete a preventative maintenance on the roof (now 12 years old). Relatively small investment spent to hopefully extend the life of the roof. Excellent experience.

I am a residential home inspector in North GA and I have worked with Jason Patton for a year now and I have had no problems or worries when I refer him to my clients. The feedback I get has always been positive, with great communication and quality of work performed. I get him to assist me with some roof inspections for roofs that are too dangerous for me to walk. Jason is honest, responsive, reliable, interacts well with clients, and I am satisfied with the help he provides for me and my business plus he teaches me a few things about roofing and siding along the way. Knowledgeable & precise service of our residential gutter issues on our remodeled home. Service tech added baffles to areas where rooflines merge as well as drainage holes to the solid gutter guards so water would flow into downspouts rather than flow from roof to ground. Did a fine job & was very trustworthy. Highly recommend

Our roof began leaking during a recent rainstorm, but due to the nature of the leak, it was not covered by insurance. Bryan Clark and Justin Hester were able to assess the problem quickly and do the repairs the same day for a very fair price. Their analysis was thorough, including going up on our roof, into the attic, and analyzing each floor of our home for leaks or other damage to ensure their assessment was complete. They showed us all their findings with photographs and explained the issue in detail to allow us to make the best decision to ensure a leak-free future. Prompt on arriving early each day. Workers courteous and helpful in getting our and neighbors cars in and out a joint driveway. Very efficient in replacing damaged portions of roof and repairing gutters. Work completed in a day and half. House looked like a new one when completed. Highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a home and part of the closing was repairing the edge of the entire roof that had water damage from an improperly installed gutter. Justin Chastain's crew took care of the roof so quick, about 6 hours, I thought they were coming back the next day but they were done. We will use Northside Building Services again

Let me start by saying that Bryan Clark remained very positive during this whole process. We had the unfortunate event of having roof damage during a storm. The insurance company only wanted to do a small portion of the roof. He was steadfast and represented us firmly! He kept up with the documentation that they kept losing and eventually able to get us a new roof! Now that the roof was approved… the crew did a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up. Our new roof added so much more beauty to our home! I can’t say enough positive things about Northside Building Services! They were phenomenal through this whole process. They took before and after pics, kept me informed every step of the way, walked me around and explained what needed to be fixed and why, cleaned up extremely well, had wonderful on site managers that communicated and stayed on the job site the entire time, and just overall extremely kind people!
