Very professional. Kayla is the best. She answered ALL my questions. I had an emergency flooding and they NFR team was at my door a little over 60 minutes just like kayla said they would. I will recommend National First Response to my family and friends.

I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

National first response did a great job on my water softener flood damage reconstruction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt & Kyle were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable all the while working with the insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly. From start to finish, they kept us updated on progress and timing to completion which was amazingly quick. The crews made sure safety and keeping the area clean were a priority while working efficiently and professionally. Had a roof leak which affected only a very small portion of my bedroom ceiling. To make a long story short the paint for the ceiling and part of the wall did not match. Total cost was $1,000. I had to hire a painting company to come in and paint the whole bedroom so it all matched. Total cost $1500.00. To say the least I’m not a very happy camper.

I found National First Response to be very helpful. I spoke with Seth who thoroughly inspected my roof and explained his inspection in detail, and to Grace in their office who was also very informative. I feel this is a company that’s very honest with acceptional customer service and one that can be trusted.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.

NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.

I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

After my 3 years of mostly unaided struggles through natural disaster cleanups, National First Response’s combined insurance claims and construction assistance with my hail-ravaged roof was literally a godsend. Claims specialist Zach Lenhart expertly handled insurance inspections and communications, arriving early to every appointment with unfailing cheerfulness. The actual roof build, carried out by project manager Miguel Trinidad and his friendly hard-working crew, went as speedily, smoothly, unobtrusively, and cleanly as could be hoped for, marked most especially by their obvious pride in creating a quality product. Without reservation, I highly recommend National First Response to all those needing insurance-linked construction services, but particularly to senior citizens like myself with physical or health limitations. All my initial dread of a potential insurance claim/building contractor nightmare (as endured by some of my neighbors) was quickly dispelled by NFR’s broad experience, professional expertise, and above all, reliability.

My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They are all on the ball when you call or need immediate service. This is the second time we have needed them at my work and both times we received great quality of work fast and efficient! We had a roof assessment done by NFR and were so pleased with their professional and thorough procedure. Turns out we don’t need work done for several years most likely. National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise.
We are happily back in our home and so grateful for all who helped make it happen.

National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs. Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs.

But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed.

We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!

NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!

Grace Benard did a great job guiding us through our roof repairs. The estimate process, planning, and workmanship of this company was great. The job began and ended on schedule and without any cost overruns. The workers also made sure the yard and surrounds were tidy at the end of each day.

My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid.

We needed work done in our home to mainly make it more suitable for wheel chair access. Project manager Randy took full charge and supervised a plan that showed his professionalism and understanding. Craftsmen Adam and Cricket executed a variety of projects with admirable skill and adaptability. The quality results made it all a very worthwhile experience.

My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!

I am very impressed with National First Response’s roofing division. My roof replacement was covered by my home insurance company and I could not be happier with the professionalism of everyone I met or was involved with personally. My contact, Nicole Sullivan, who I only connected with virtually, kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Her cheerful and prompt response to my inquiries was refreshing. Brandon Velander, who came out after the roof was installed, was equally cheerful and professional. The crew that delivered the roofing materials and the crew that installed them were cheerful and professional as well. The attached photos are of the material being delivered. I’m very happy with this company and will definitely refer them to my friends.

A salesman from this company, named Blake, knocked on my door and ignored 2 no soliciting signs. I answered the door, informed him of the signs and asked him to leave. He continued trying to give his sales pitch. When I interrupted him, told him we weren't interested in any solicitors, he again ignored me and began his pitch again.

I then informed him that I wanted him to leave my property and they he was trespassing. He refused to leave the property and began arguing with me. I asked him 2 more times to leave my property which he also refused. I then walked outside, took a picture of his license plate and called the non emergency police line. I informed him that was what I was doing and he began cursing at me. He used multiple expletives and tried to block me from taking a picture of his company cars license plate.

I've filed a police report against the company and I'd suggest not working with companies who's employees don't respect peoples privacy or requests to leave property when instructed to do so over and over again.

I would highly recommend National First Response over and over again. They were on time as scheduled, professional and informative. I've worked with this company on several projects in my various houses and I have always been treated fairly and with kindness.

James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Terrible service after they caused massive amounts of damage around my house but "took care of me", i wish I never had my roof done through this company. Service and work have been seriously unprofessional after pestering them over half a year with a still faulty roof. I definitely wouldn't recommend someone going through this company because all it has brought is trouble.

Superb workmanship. Whole roof finished in under 12 hours, cleanup better than landscapers. Grace was on top of all aspects, Mike made sure everything was as promised. This somewhere that you get what you expect and pay for.
