I work for a property management company and have been working with Nadales Renovations for many years. They always do a fantastic job with any types of repairs we may need. We highly recommend them.

We had a small leak after a windy rain storm and Nadales response was quick and effective. We had another issue prior to and that was taken care of quickly as well. We will not hesitate to reach out to them again.

Great service. Very communicative during the process. And awesome work. They removed a terrible awning and repaired the siding. You can see the before and after pics. Would definitely hire again when I need additional repairs.

Highly Recommended! Nadales Renovations did an amazing job replacing our very old roof. Not only is it leak-free now (finally!), but the new vents have made a noticeable difference in keeping the upstairs cooler. The crew was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient—they started early and had everything done by 5 PM the same day, including a thorough cleanup. They even brought their own dumpster and hauled away all the old materials. Fantastic service from start to finish!

I've know Sebastian Nadales and his brother for years from when I owned a skateboard shop they were customers of mine...a couple fine young lads! last week after a gig rain/wind storm I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and did a little investigating and turns out it was coming from a Leakey vent pipe on the roof. I'm always seeing Nadales posts of there amazing looking work and fine reviews so obviously they were the 1st to come to mind . He came and looked at it and had it fixed and sealed the very next morning ! Thanks dudes

Natalie's Renovations is a great family owned company. We needed some work done to the exterior of our business and they came right out with a quote. They came the next day to begin the project and completed it within 3 days. They were polite, professional and very competent. I highly recommend them for all your exterior projects.

This is my 1st time working with the Nadales Renovations company. My initial call from Gonzalo, he was personable, professional, friendly and polite. Most important Gonzalo's communication was on point and from a positive aspect. As I am a very anxious and worrying person, Gonzalo assured me that he would get the job done and in a timely manner. Sebastian recently helped my parents out at their house in fixing their leaking skylight. He was very responsive and came out quickly to assess the job. He provided an estimate the same day. He did an amazing job and his rate was comparable to others. I’d highly recommend his services and hope to use him again for future projects.

Sebastian had initially replaced the ridge of our roof due to it being ruined by the birds. Not long after I had to contact him due to a leak I found in another part of the roof. He was there immediately to assess the situation. He had people on my roof within a day. They were done in 2 days and did an immaculate job. They replaced the entire roof, and it is a steep one, replaced the roof on our shed and put gutter guards on. Also while he was here he took a look at a window that had been leaking and tried to help us with that. He is extremely professional, reasonable and responsive. We highly recommend Nadales Renovations.

Exceptional. Entire process was excellent. Sebastian and his crew were outstanding. Quote was beyond fair! Every question was answered and never any surprises. Crew was extremely respectful. I’ve had two prior roofers work on the roof resulting in plants/bushes being absolutely demolished due complete lack of caring. The Nadales team worked meticulously to avoid any damage to large plants even directly under the roof eves! Previous roofers completely ignored addressing the flashing which lead to interior water damage. Nadeles’ experienced team immediately addressed this oversight and expertly replaced all the lead and step flashing. Beyond that - they repaired unforeseen wood damage without an increase to the price! 100% do not have any roofing work performed without first getting an assessment and estimate from Nadales!

I would highly recommend! They replaced our roof and did a great job. Easy to work with and showed up exactly when they said they would and left the yard cleaner than before they started.

I called Nadales Renovations, everything went ok, until they did my roof, they stripped the shingles on the roof, knowing that the next day we would have a storm, they did not cover the area appropriately and I was left with a lot of water running through my home. They broke my wood moulding trims in multiple areas of the home when they were taking off the shingles on my roof, I talked to Sebastian to fix it, but he never showed up and never fixed it. The siding around the dormers on my windows were cut 3-4 inches, leaving behind a noticeable thick metal around the dormers, I had told Sebastian to fix this. He told me that he would come back and fix it, but never showed up to do so.

Very professional from start to finish. Easy to work with, consistent and thorough communication even informed me when additional material was needed due to unexpected dry rot. I received photos during repair as well. Was able to get scheduled quick and roof was completed in one day. They took care of everything from having material delivered night before to dumpster and tarps protecting flowerbeds and surrounding exterior to a thorough cleanup ensuring no nails left behind keeping my 2 dogs in mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone

I had bid out to a few companies and Nadales won my business due to the very reasonable pricing (for the same products and work as other companies) and ease of scheduling a date for the work without having to wait months for work to be done. The team was quick and professional. Clean up after the job was spectacular, they even cleared the leaves off my porch!. They were open and honest about what needed to be done and what was uncovered when the old shingles were stripped away. The roof really stood a test with the severe wind and rain we had not long after install and not a single shingle wavered nor a drop of water leaked! The old roof would not have withstood it I am sure. I would highly recommend them!

Sebastian and his crew replaced the rusted out metal roof above our porch and bay window with a new rubber roof. It looked like a tedious job but the workers were patient hard working and neat.

Sebastian Nadales returned my call promptly, inspected the problematic skylights the next day, and gave a reasonable quote. The following day their crew arrived on time, reflashed the skylights and replaced surrounding shingles with matching asphalt shingles. They solved the problem without having to replace the skylights and warrantied their work for 5 years. I would use Nadales again and can recommend them without reservation.

Just had Nadales finish cedar shingle repairs on our 1915 Bungalow. They were on time and on budget with a competitive bid. Their crew were courteous and professional and did excellent work even weaving the shingles at the corners…no shortcuts! A great experience and highly recommended!

I hired Nadales Renovations to replace the roof of my rooming house in Fall River. It was not an easy roof with many challenges; it was hard to access being on a main road, it had many hips and valleys and even a turret. These guys didn’t let any problem get in their way. They had a can do attitude and did a fantastic job and getting it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using them for your roof.

Friendly and responsive. Showed up when they said they would and got the job done efficiently and capably. Brought a large team of workers to redo our siding (shingles) and they were able to complete the entire house (80% that needed new shingles) in 4 days. Nadales should be your first choice when it comes to any roofing or contracting needs. They installed 3 skylights for me on a commercial rubber roof. Not only did they do the skylights they also made some repairs to other areas they thought needed attention. Sebastian really went above and beyond! Their communication and price really set them apart from the competitors. They do quality work and I will not hesitate to use them again.
