Aquidneck Island Roof Cleaning

Aquidneck Island Roof Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my roof. They showed up on time and quickly did the job. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again. Even my five-year-old granddaughter said “they were really nice“.

Very poor customer service and even worse communication. Made arrangements with Mike to have my cedar roof cleaned at the end of August/ beginning of September. The cleaning was of absolute importance as the house was to go on the market at the end of October. They strung me along for 2 months. Multiple times telling me "we'll be there within the week".... they didn't show up and didn't call. I had to contact them and they gave an excuse and said "we have you scheduled for October 10th", and they never showed up, and never called... again. I had to contact them one again, another excuse and now I was told it would be done by the end of the following week, no show, no call again. Then I get an e-mail, not a phone call, that says they will be unable to do the job due to unforeseen circumstances. I was frustrated by this, as anyone would be, and I contacted them multiple times so someone could explain this to me. However, the only thing I got back was a nasty e-mail, as if I had done something wrong!?!?!
They never actually touched my roof so I can't speak for their quality of work. However, the biggest part of a service business is how you deal with your customer, and they were really awful.

Mike communicates well and his team does a professional job. I've used Bristol/Aquidneck for my pool deck and my roof and both jobs and I was pleased with the work done. I have recommended their work to my neighbors!
