I would NOT recommend renting from them. The machine will show up EMPTY. We got our stump grinder with worn down teeth and 2 missing teeth, with no gas. The wonderful people there were absolutely no help and when the grinder quit out within the first couple hours they offered only a partial refund (about 1/2 the cost). I was left very dissatisfied with every part of the way. The equipment did not seem properly maintained nor cleaned and sounded as if it was struggling to breathe as if the carburator was completely clogged.
No welcoming feeling for people who were coming to spend their hard earned money. I gave a customer service rep my measurement in inches and was told that I should have figured out the measurement before I left home. Needless to say, I didn't not make a purchase. Would not support this business unless it is a last resort.
Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Well stocked shelves with a yard crew that loaded all my lumber and delivered larger items to my job site. Also a beautiful selection of plants and flowers in their greenhouse and garden center. I am thankful for this wonderful store in my hometown
