During the installation, their crew damaged my gutters—which were in perfect condition before the job. I immediately brought this to their attention, but after they finished the roof, they completely disappeared.
They do not respond to emails, they won’t pick up the phone, and they ignore every attempt to contact them. It has now been over a year of me trying to get this resolved, and I’ve received absolutely nothing in return—no explanation, no repair, no accountability. Despite their claims of being insured, I’ve seen no evidence they plan to take responsibility for their mistakes.
As far as I’m concerned, I was scammed. They took my money, did a sloppy job, and walked away without fixing the damage they caused. This is not how a professional, reputable company operates.
