One of the best experiences I've ever had buying something I knew little about. VERY friendly staff from the receptionist to the guy that loaded the metal in the trailer. My grandparents needed a new roof, the roofing company gave us an estimate of $6,900. That was outrageous to me, especially when I got the estimate for the metal roof from My Metal and just for the metal it was $2,990 (small roof) meaning the roofing company was charging almost $4,000 in labor. So I purchased the metal myself, and my brother, a couple friends, and I were able to easily put the roof up. Even when we had an emergency and had to drop working on the roof and came back to 6+ pieces blowing off and being ruined, the staff at My Metal was fast and friendly in helping me reorder the few pieces I needed.

I went into My Metal needing a couple of pieces of steel cut for a small project at my house. I didn't have the proper equipment to cut it myself so I went looking for a shop that had the capability. Thank goodness I found My Metal. Despite it being one of the oddest most unrelated requests they may have ever had, they saw a job they knew they could easily do, and did it. These folks are clearly the type of business owners that want to say "yes" to their customers and find solutions for them. Thank you!
