This company has excellent workers and professionals. The drywall work and painting done after water damage was great. MWM made efforts to match the carpet to be replaced in my lower level, and the carpet was installed carefully. Jacob sent someone to shave the bottom of three doors to allow for clearance over the carpet. I highly recommend this company!

We recently had major tree damage which resulted in having to rebuild the entire second floor of our house. From the very first day that MWM arrived to remove the tree and assess the damage they were helpful, knowledgeable and maintained great communication. Based on that initial introduction we hired them to complete the job and repair the whole house. Through each phase they were always attentive and accessible, generous with their time and fair with the pricing. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience during an extremely stressful time. We loved them so much we have since recommended them to friends and family.

I have only positive things to say about MWM Restoration. They repaired the extensive water damage in my basement with new flooring, carpet, drywall, paint, carpentry, and electrical to bring it back to even better shape than before the damage. They offered fair pricing and guaranteed their work for several years out, which is why they were probably on my insurance company’s referral short list. The project manager/contractor Jacob was responsive, professional and courteous and I would definitely seek them out again on future home repair or improvement projects.

This company saved my life after my apartment had a flood. MWM was recommended by my insurance adjuster as a preferred vendor, and Jacob worked extremely well with my insurance company. He came the day after I called, and the same day had his team in there to do the needed demolition (removing baseboards, drywall, and carpet padding) and setup of fans and dehumidifiers in multiple rooms and a closet. A different team came in to restore the dry wall and baseboards, and returned the next day to finish painting the walls and baseboards. The carpet padding was replaced by a terrific subcontractor after that, and carpet cleaning was subsequently done to remove water stains in the carpet. Finally, my furniture and big items were moved back into the rooms. This was accomplished under 3 weeks, and I know a number of people who haven’t had a good experience like this. This is a company that is responsive to its clients and associated businesses so that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

These guys did a great job for us. We had a house flood and 2 levels of our home had to be renovated. Baraa is fabulous. He gave good advice, helped me avoid design/decor mistakes, and was very tolerant of all of my mind changing.Everything was done well and in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier and I’m fairly particular.

Last year my parents home caught fire and we were not experienced with what was to come… luckily we had MWM Restoration come to the rescue! They were there right after the fire took place and started the process with boarding up the house and ensuring no water could enter and they protected it from mold. They were quick to assist and understood the difficulty dealing with a fire. They are experts in dealing with the insurance and it allowed us to focus on restoring the home and rebuilding all of what was damaged. Baraa, their project manager was the one I worked with the most. He was patient, listened to our needs and satisfied everything we needed to focus on. If it wasn’t for the care this team supported us in we would have been lost. So grateful we were able to build back my parents home with top quality materials and with the finest of detail in less than a year. Our project manager Baraa and the entire team at MWM took such great care with restoring our house after a large tree fell on it from a wind storm. We recently had extensive work done on our property by MWM due to a pipe leak. We were so pleased with their work I had to leave a recommendation. They completed drywall installation, painting, carpeting, and flooring work on my home. Their communication and prompt response, overall professionalism, and quality of their work was excellent. I would recommend MWM without any hesitation to my family and friends for the excellent job they did in restoring my home. We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling coming from a master bathroom above it because of which we had to cut open the ceiling and part of the bathroom floor. MWM fixed everything and made it look like the damage never happened. The crew cleaned up every day they were here and the house looked cleaner after they left for the day than when they started the work. Mr. Mohammad Farooq Rahim and his team are the best we have dealt with so far. He was in constant touch, texted us every morning about the plan for the day and really followed the plan which is very rare in this business. He responded to all my questions within a couple of hours and sometimes even within minutes in spite of being busy. It was as though I was his only customer. Stopped by every day to check on the work. Also did few odd jobs such as fixing a few dents and caulking around some doors and did not even charge for them.I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Thank you very much. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We had a pipe freeze and burst on Christmas Day leaving water damage in several rooms. MWM was the only company that could get on-site quickly for water mitigation. They were transparent with us about how long it may be for them to come back for repairs and explained that they understood if we needed to go with someone else. I tried to work with some other company’s and we ended up back with MWM. Their responsiveness, customer-first approach, and quality of work was great. They made a difficult experience go smoothly and I would highly recommend their services!! I can’t thank them enough!

MWM did quick response with profession when our entire first floor got flooded last Christmas Eve, due to next door neighbor’s bursted pipes… when previous company we contacted rejected to fix our flood issues last Christmas.

Mohammed the owner was easy to communicate. He always keep us updated with the repair process, and offers various professional options.

When we were told by MWM that the repairs were completed, we did discover some issues after coming back home from the hotel.

There was a huge gap at the corner of the kitchen island, a piece of the wood flooring was chipped, some paint issues with the cabinets and walls, sharp edges of some corners that needed to be filed down…etc.

Though MWM did offer to fix these for free/within warranty, we didn’t appreciate the attitude when one of the flooring repair guy was insisting they left the house perfectly fine that day, saying that the chip on the wooden floor must be done by our own. We find that to be very unprofessional to accuse us of it, as we just got home from the hotel and discovered it during cleanup.

Other than these issues, MWM did meet the deadline we provided them, so kudos to them for the fast works.

Thank you MWM for the transformation and the hard work! The house looks great and everyone enjoys it much!

Updates: the kitchen pantry shelves installed by them kept falling. My husband fixed it multiple times, but due to how hazardous it can be when falling down unexpectedly (thank goodness it didn’t cause any injury to the family whenever it fell down!), we ended up to simply uninstall them ourselves and just use wooden bookshelves instead, so nothing is hanging on the walls.

My experience with MWM cleaning & Restoration is excellent from the day we sign the construction work of my house to the completion I have nothing but positive experience not only with the services they provide also I am very happy with the work they did I want to add that I will recommend MWM to anyone need services in their profession.

My water pipe burst and flooded my bathroom and basement. I contacted them and explained the situation. They came quickly with the proper tools and equipment. Walls and tiles had to be taken apart and replaced. They did an AMAZING job!

I am very satisfied with the professional service that MWM team provided. Water heater broke and damaged the entrance & bathroom. They fixed it fast and nice with a fair price. The team deals with the insurance so you don't need to worry.

I can't say enough good things about MWM. They really genuinely care about their customers which is unique for their industry. Their prices are fair and they do good work. I was first referred to them through my insurance company when a tree fell on my house. I've since had several other projects that I had to get done (bought a house that had more than a few unforseen problems). The work that they do is outstanding, after my house fire they came in and hit the ground running most of all they did the work completely as they said. Our project manager was very helpful with everything. That being said the workers cut many corners. It also looked like they used people that didn't know exactly what they were doing. The tiles for our bathroom were cut crooked and then when we asked them to redo them they out a different shade of tile right next to the original tile. The painters didn't patch or sand the walls very well or at all. Doorways were put up without consulting us. We are not happy. We were just tired of asking them to come fix things. Every day we look at crooked bath tile lines.

MWM was great! Very responsive and always trying to ensure our requests were managed. I would definitely use then again for any renovation.

MWM took on the job of restoring my house after an electrical fire. Overall, the quality of the workmanship performed by the various trades is excellent. The GC, Baraa is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I especially appreciate that there were things that insurance wasn’t going to replace/repair and he went to bat for me with the insurance company and convinced them to cover these replacements/repairs. We were extremely happy with their work. They were efficient and timely. The roofers cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace they were here. Francisco, the interior painter, did such a good job matching our 16- year old paint, you could not tell there had ever been water damage from the roof leak. Highly recommended!

I have used the services of multiple restoration companies and I have never experienced greater disrespect or lack of professionalism than I did with MWM Cleaning & Restoration. This company does not honor appointment times, they do not complete services agreed upon during planning, and when they fail to meet expectations they lie and question the integrity others rather admitting fault. Most people in need of restoration services are already frustrated--save yourself additional frustration and use another company.

We live in townhomes and our neighbor's house completed burned down and caused about 10k in damages to our house. MWM was a mess throughout the whole 2 month renovation process. They were a headache until the last day. Their project coordinator couldn't get the dates and times right so we never knew what or when things were happening. They would pop up at our home last minute for unscheduled repairs. The people that they contract to do painting and carpentry would come in and do a visually sloppy job or leave it looking clearly unfinished and then would act like they didn't see what we were complaining about. We constantly felt like we were fighting to receive the bare minimum in quality of workmanship. We suffered until the last day of the restoration and even 2 months following the end of restoration. They collect a form on the last day to have confirmation that we are pleased with the quality of work. After restoration was finally completed at decent quality, we signed this form and handed it to the coordinator in person and followed-up with their receptionist via phone with a credit card payment for our deductible, only to find out 2 months later that the credit card had never been charged and they had no record of the form that we had signed. Thankfully, I covered myself and had sent myself a picture of the signed form that we had submitted and was able to provide a copy but it just goes to show how unreliable MWM is and how unprofessional their people are. After having gone through such a traumatic event, the last thing you want is for the restoration process to be a headache. I would advise that you look else where for a dependable and professional restoration company. Good luck!
