Friendly and helpful staff. I admitted that I was a novice. They helped me understand what I needed for my small project. Then got me what I needed to do the project.

This place started off nice. Customer service, ect. When we initially placed our order. Then it went down hill from there.
Half my order arrived, the other half is in a city 75 miles away. Delivered to the wrong address, obviously. Went in person to try to understand when the other half of my order will be in my possession.
The response was.....when we can get a driver to pick up your other half,we'll get it out to you as soon as possible.
No apologies, no, sorry for the inconvenience. On top of it, they wanted me to pay the remaining balance!!!????? Lol.
I understand things happen, but this is just wrong ....all the way around.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Everytime I call this place the sales people act like it's an inconvenience to do their job. I called Mueller on Monday October 18 and was told (by sales rep Sam) that I would receive a quote for some metal by the end of the day on Tuesday (October 19). Still no call. I understand this place stays busy but this sort of thing happens constantly with this company.

Company bids a job, we send a check for the amount they requested to do the job, then they say we owe more if we want them to do the job, then they up the number again. Unethical business practice, find someone else to do your jobs, don't use them.

3 times I worked with them and 3 times they still don't have the prints rite. When it comes to a custom built house and shop combined they just as work for McDonald's I drove many hours and time to get this done I want the job done rite the first time NOT 3 times. If you don't go over the specs and prints with a fine tooth comb dont trust them to get it rite and if you don't know what your looking at get someone else to look over them for you Don't trust them to get it rite

Our experience was disappointing and annoying at best. The sales person we were given has no building experience and had been there for two months and couldn’t answer any questions. Neither did he request our contact info at any time during our meeting. My husband and I left feeling as though the company couldn’t care less about service or our potential business.

They didnt have what i needed but went out of their way to find what i needed in el paso with a different company. Great customer service.

I first have to start out by saying I am a general contractor and I have built around 6 to 8 of Muller's metal buildings. That said I have also built buildings from Metal Mart, Metal Depot, and town Manufacturers. So I have always thought Muller was a better building in regards to trim, finishes, and flexibility in design build. My bad experience with this build that I recently built was that one whole beam had plates for purlin attachment wrong, which cost my hours of time in re-drilling. The big thing that really took lots of time and wasted effort was a set of double doors that had incorrect hinge placement. Basically the door did not work with frame sent, response from Muller, it has to work LOL. I have to say I can not make something that does not fit due to incorrect measurements fit! its basic math and common sense which in this case Muller associates had none. So at the end of this whole deal I have a door that's incorrect and Muller associates do not understand their own problems with doors. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS REGARD.

We called to find out what time they opened because they were closed still when we got there. They told us it would be about 30 minutes, we called again an hour later and were told it would be 30 minutes. We should have left when the rest of the cars in the parking lot left instead of wasting our time waiting for them to open. I have never been able to eat there so I can't comment on the food but it seems to be very poorly managed

Best metal supply company and always willing to help with engineering structure for your long term happiness with the products they sell.

Really good service! If your a contractor and know exactly what you need than you just tell them and it's done. Fast service too. We needed a rush on the parts and they had all the panels made within one day.

Friendly and supportive people there. Returned my calls and emails promptly and have a wide range of products. Cut all the pieces to order, banded and loaded it all for me. Would recommend them any day!
