I work as a designer in the architecture field and work with contractors on a daily basis. The projects we worked with M&T on were some of the better experiences I've ever had with a contractor. It is so much different when it's your own home, it's so much more personal, and I wanted to make sure the project was done right and my design vision was understood.

We had to unexpectedly gut our bathroom to the studs and M&T respected our requests (including a complicated tile pattern installation) and our short timeline to get the project done. They were professional throughout the project, identifying any issues that arose and providing solutions immediately.

Thierry was incredibly responsive and provided detailed updates throughout the process, making sure I was fully informed. We've been very happy with our experience working with the team and look forward to working with them again should we need any additional help on home projects.

I first met Thierry Montiero when I came to North Providence from Florida to find a contractor to do some overhauls to my new condo. I needed an entirely new kitchen, some bathroom work, and new flooring and a paint job.

He was very professional. We discussed my needs; he had some suggestions and said he would follow up with a proposal and a price. He did that immediately and it was onward from there.

In the course of this work, Thierry and his crew have been professional, meticulous and always followed through on his promises and time estimates. The only problems we had were due to items not being available because of supply chain issues and having to make different choices when the waits were too long for first choices. Thierry was extremely pleasant to deal with.

If he was going to be late or had to change an appointment he ALWAYS called to give me a heads up. There was none of that waiting around for someone scheduled to come at 8:00 AM, who didn’t show up till noon.

His pricing was fair, he helped me with things that were outside of the Scope of Work and I would use him again inn a heartbeat.
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with his work.
