He recommended that I contact my insurance company and explained that a mitigation process was necessary because the ceiling was completely saturated with water.

The adjuster confirmed his assessment, and thanks to Milton’s guidance, the entire repair process was done properly. MT Construction’s work was extremely professional, and their punctuality was outstanding. I am very satisfied with the results and recommend this company 200%. Milton provided phenomenal service in my family’s time of need, going above and beyond to ensure the integrity of our roof.

We had water intrusion through our metal roof. For over a month, we dealt with multiple companies who claimed they could fix the problem, at least temporarily. None could - they each lacked expertise with metal roofs.

Then, Milton arrived. He got straight to work. He was originally hired to install a temporary tarp, but went above and beyond, conducting permanent repairs. After seeing Milton’s dedication to his craft and his customer, we hired him to overhaul the siding and flashing of our home’s former, the root cause of the water intrusion.

I cannot emphasize enough Milton’s mastery of all things siding and roofing. My family would put our trust in him again, without hesitation, if the need ever arose.

After a powerful storm with winds over 70 miles per hour, a 38-inch diameter tree fell on the roof of my home. I called MT Construction LLC to come and assess the situation and help protect my property temporarily to avoid further damage. Milton came personally, evaluated everything, and explained that he could safely remove the tree and install a protective tarp (Board Up). He took many photos and helped me send them to my insurance company, USAA.
The adjuster contacted me quickly and confirmed the damage was severe. They assigned a large-loss adjuster, and told me that Mr. Milton's recommendations were exactly what needed to be done. Due to limited access to the property and many county power lines in the main street, two cranes were necessary: one to lift small branches and another to operate from the street. Additionally, three trees on my property had to be removed to allow access. The adjuster approved everything Mr. Milton proposed, and the removal of the massive tree was a success.
After that, Mr. Milton informed me that the Board Up would need to remain for at least one year because the structural repair process would take time. The rear section of my home is so high that even a 40' ladder wasn’t enough. Two workers had to rappel down using full safety gear and ropes to properly secure the tarp. When the USAA engineer came to inspect the structural damage, I explained everything Mr. Milton had told me, and he was impressed with the work and how well MT Construction had prepared and educated me on the entire process.
Throughout this experience, Mr. Milton has maintained excellent communication. He always offers encouragement and has treated my family with kindness — even our pets. He always takes a moment to interact with our dog, who is a beloved part of our household.

I had a 20-year-old roof replaced and contacted MT Construction LLC. Milton came out and identified wind damage, recommending I contact my insurance company. The adjuster confirmed there had been three documented storms and said the entire roof would be replaced.

To my surprise, the estimate they sent only covered the repair of 140 shingles affected by wind. Milton provided his own detailed estimate and over 80 photos documenting why the repairs could not be done as described by the insurance.

Even though the initial estimate was denied, I requested a full roof replacement with MT Construction LLC. In the end, the insurance agreed to pay for the entire roof replacement because the field adjuster’s inspection matched exactly with Milton’s findings.

MT construction did my roofing after significant hail damage and they were superb. The quality of work was par excellence, more importantly the customer service was top notch. Milton, the owner, was absolutely the best … he treated my home and my roof as if it were his own!!! As an example of Milton’s expertise he personally did the roof inspection and the hail damage assessment supported by hundred of pictures and verified by my insurer’s own roofing engineer. It was because of his efforts that my insurance company was compelled to replace my roof without question. Had it not been for his tenacity and expertise a lesser experience roofer would not have been able to support the need for a replacement roof of our 10,000 square foot home. Once the job started, his team of 10 roofers worked diligently to ensure everything was exactly as prescribed by the shingle company warranty. We had over 4 neighbors either stop by while the team worked or stop by after and say “I saw those guys doing the work and your roof looks GREAT who is doing your roof?”
Milton was on site everyday! His adept touch, and professionalism coupled with his deep desire for honesty made in-progress adjustments go smoothly —which avoided project delays. He went out of his way to ensure details not covered by the estimate was done — he did it because he knew it was the right thing to do. His demand for outstanding quality service was paramount — even if it meant going above and beyond the already sterling service he provides that is integral to his business model — do good work, do the right thing, and always go above and beyond. For example when his team did our gutter replacement he realized the original builder cut corners which created water seepage into our fascia boards and eaves… he redesigned the gutter systems to change the flow of water away from the house and added splash guards at each 90 degree gutter angle to eliminate overflow— he didn’t have to do that but he did because he felt compelled to do it the right way.
Milton is a 6 Star professional. If there were 6 Stars to give MT Construction, they would get that rating 10 times out of 10!!!
