HR Renovations was a referral, and we are so happy we went with them for complete deck replacement (12x20). We looked at alternative companies but Harold's outstanding quality and workmanship at a very competitive price made our decision so easy. Do your comparisons but I believe you will find them a cut above the competition. Signed Contract to permits to completion in less than two weeks and so satisfied with our final product. We had to replace our concrete patio as well and Harold provided us access to an outstanding concrete contractor. Absolutely the easiest, no stress home improvement project we've completed thanks to Harold's professionalism and pride in execution. Recommend HR Renovations with the strongest confidence for any work you may need done.

Absolutely top-notch people. We were looking to build a deck that had a bit of a different layout and were tying in stairs down to a porch. Their bid came in 20% lower than the nearest competitor. I was a little nervous with the old “you get what you pay for,” but after speaking with the owner on why we could get it a bit less (winter build) and his recommendations, I was much more confident.

It was truly the right decision. They had a wonderful team of workers, kept the area clean and they were FAST. And maybe most important, when I decided on a couple of modifications while the building was going on, there was no pushback AND NO EXTRA CHARGES except for additional parts I wanted added. Granted, I wasn’t modifying the design, just adding to it. They were easy to work with, didn’t mind lots of questions on the construction and were very helpful in providing the documentation needed for my HOA.

I would highly recommend them to everyone. In fact, I did recommend them to my neighbor who needed their old deck renovated and they went with HR Renovations as well and got a great low price too as well as a beautiful new deck.

We are looking at getting some future work done and they are the first ones we will call. They are the ones you want to do your building work.

Our experience with HR Renovations has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Harold and his crew are true professionals. We had contacted several other contractors for the work we needed accomplished on our deck and backyard hardscape. None were able to provide the quality, affordability and timeliness that Harold and his team executed. Harold was incredibly responsive, very professional and working with him was an absolute pleasure. We have already reached back out to him for additional work creating an outdoor living space under our deck as testament to the EXCEPTIONAL service and product he provides. I would very highly recommend HR Renovations for your remodeling/renovation needs.
