Put on a new roof for me in 2020. There was some leaking around fireplace chimney. Claims he guarantees his work for 5 years. Have had continual issues and is impossible to get a hold of. He has his read message receipt turned on so I know he has gotten my texts, but won’t return my texts or my calls. Came out once or twice to try and fix it and still leaks. Don’t recommend at all. I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review, but his lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and he’s a liar about the guarantee.

I have a home built in 1910. I had Morgan roofing & repair llc do some work around my house. I had them put in an egress window in my basement and also remove the old wood windows and replace them with vinyl. I had them replace my slider door with a bigger better one. I just want to say I’m so Impressed with the way these guys, they work hard and do a good job they don’t stop tell it’s right and perfect. They also r very good at cleaning up after themselves. I have to say that Bart runs a great team and he himself is a great boss calm caring and treats his employees with great respect. I would hire them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks boys for your outstanding job.

I moved from Seattle to Eastern Washington 2 years ago, to a house that is over 100 years old. The roof was in bad condition, therefore got non-renewed on home insurance for the last 2 years in a row. So I was on a mission to search around and find the most affordable metal roofing company for my whole roof replacement. It took a few weeks for some roofing companies to send me the quote/estimate, some gave me too high of the quote/estimate, which I couldnt afford. So I put it on hold for over 6 months. Until a month ago, I went shopping for another home insurance company and got advice on the roof replacement again. "Okay, it's time to replace the roof for sure then", I told myself. Then I got on internet and found some new roofing companies that I havent contacted them before. I just called and scheduled them all to come for estimate in different hours for 2 days with 3 options of the estimate: installation only, standing seam with installation, and rolled rib panel with installation. And here was this guy, Bart, coming mid day after his early done job and measuring the roof; before he left, I gave him my email address. Impressively and surprisingly, I got his estimate same day that night, which I never see any company that responsive and prompt before. I told him to give me a few days to think it over and also because I needed to get a few other companies' quotes back to me as well during that time. After comparing and debating myself for over 2 days which kind of metal roof, its specs and colors and which company to install, Morgan Roofing and Repair came top of the list for its promptness, responsiveness, and affordable price and quality of the metal for both standing seam and rolled rib (I did check on the manufacturer website for 26 gauge metal). I called Bart to pay for 50% as down payment and to order the rolled rib (cheapest option for me now). A week and a half later, they came in with a big crew, teared down current metal roof, installed ice guard for the whole roof and started roofing. After 3 days, they just finished today around 5 or 6pm, now I have a peace of mind for my metal roof for the next 30-40 years down the road. I work from home so I have the chance to see them working on the roof all the time. They even helped us to improve the look of the house such as removing chimney no longer in use, fix the sagging issue, etc. They are really professional roofers in a good company as far as I know. The roof looks really nice now. I would definitely recommend them for any homeowners out there in Eastern Washington for roof repair or replacement. Thank you Bart and your team!

Our out building was in need of a new roof before winter, changing from comp shingles to metal. I did a Google Map search for roofers in the Wenatchee area just before the Labor Day weekend holiday. I made contact with five contractors and each said they would get me a bid. The only one that submitted, as promised after the holiday weekend, was Bart with Morgan Roofing & Repair LLC. I eventually received several more bids, but I had to be the one to call.
Morgan Roofing provided a very detailed cost analysis for what the project would require. Bart’s, the owner of Morgan Roofing, follow up to my request was professional, timely and had a price that certainly met with my approval.
Scheduling and having the roof completed within the time period I was looking for became the next step in having Morgan Roofing do the job. On 9/3/19 I received the bid, on 9/5/19 I choose Morgan Roofing and paid 50% to start work. Bart said he would order materials on Monday 9/9/19. I got a call on 9/11/19 that materials were in and he along with his crew should arrive the next day or Friday. On 9/13/19, Bart gives me a call that he will be wrapping up the job that day. I let him know that I would not be able to be at the project site until next week, 9/17/19. This met with his approval and I showed up in the afternoon of 9/17/19 to discover an absolutely fabulous looking roof. Material and color match that I requested was spot on, work site was spotless and I could not be happier. Bart and I spoke on the phone about roofing details and I made my final payment at that time. The hassle factor was zero and the project was finished well ahead of what I expected.
Thanks again Bart for a job well done. Anyone contemplating a new roof or repairs please include Morgan Roofing & Repair LLC as one of your contractor choices.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
