John at Mr. Tire was amazing and got my other half in and out quickly and efficiently, more expensive but done correctly! He helped us when Tire King sent us away. Never going back to Tire King, been going to them since 2017, horrible customer service today sending away a customer. Won’t have to worry with that again! Thank you guys at Mr. Tire for getting the Jeep right!!

I will never go to the Seaford store ever again. It took 3 hours to change 4 tires. By the time I got home one tire was totally flat. I called them and the Manger was rude and unapologetic. He basically told me it's not his problem call Tire Rack. I said you installed them. He said again call Tire Rack. I had to jack up the car and fill the Tire with air and it's fine. Worst customer service experience ever.

The guy that helped me, his name was John. I told him my problem and he got right on. He told me what I needed to do and got my car right and safe for the road. That guy is All Aces. I'd recommend him to everyone I know who owns a vehicle. I will be a customer of his from here on. Great work, continue you'll always have people coming back for service.

My tire blew out on the highway,I logged onto Amazon to see how long it would take them to get a tire to me, and Amazon listed Mr. Tire as their trusted installer. I called the store directly, and in less than 24 hours, I was rolling again! Thank you, Mr. Tire!

I called on a late Friday evening to get some emergency help with 2 new tires. Mr. Dye and Mr. Winchester were very accommodating towards me and my family. 10 minutes before closing and they made sure to help me out and made sure I was good to go before I got on the road. They’re great representatives of your company and even though I live almost 1hr north I will only visit this location for all my tire needs. THANK YOU AGAIN MR. DYE AND MR. WINCHESTER!!! You guys are amazing and I really appreciate all your help!!

They all worked with me well and the communication was great, even showed me what the issue was and what had to be replaced definitely coming back for anything I need.

I wouldn’t recommend this place on a dare! Rudest managers Adam and Lisa who refused to give me her managers name or number hung up on me misdiagnosed my vehicle three times and charged me for services not needed!! Called back numerous times and requested corporate help- no one knows how to get in touch with the hire ups.

After getting a flat, I went to Mr Tire and got a replacement. I asked three times for my Flat tire to be kept . It was new and I was going to get a replacement from the dealer almost $300. When I went to get it, they pulled a Continental instead of my tire Which got picked up for destruction . so now I’m out that money. They said they were going to call corporate but they did not Sound hopeful. It was entirely their fault It should own responsibility. My rating would go up if they reimburse me, but I have no idea that they’re going to do that. I will never go back there if they don’t. Postscript: I wrote Better Business Bureau and received my money back.

We called, scheduled an appointment for an alignment, showed up, waited 2 hours and was told there machine was broke, has Ben broke, and they don’t know when it will be fixed so to go else where for an alignment. The front desk lady was not normal and showed no remorse for making us wait for nothing and even said “ I’m either gonna kill someone today or just lock the door and go home” DO NOT COME HERE the equipment is all out dated and broken.

Lisa went above and beyond to fit us in the schedule. Great customer service and would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable staff. Went for new tires and they found some issues and addressed them all.

Have been using the seaford location for a few years. Everyone is always polite and ready to help. Highly recommend this location. They do good work and stand by it.

Passing through and had car problems. Stopped by and went to Mr Tire to see if they could help. Adam Gainey and Damien Winchester were very accommodating to try to fix our car so we could get back on the road. Thank you Mr. Tire. I highly recommend this business for any need you might have.

Staff very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I thought I needed front end alignment and tire rotation when calling. Able to bring the car right in. Cost for an alignment immediately given in case that was problem. They found the need for a front end alignment on checking it, but no tire rotation was needed. I appreciate they did only the necessary work I requested and what was needed. Vehicle noise has resolved and drives great again.

These guys replaced a tire on my Kia Soul and, in the process, screwed the lug nuts on so tight that they were not possible to take off unless the whole studs were broken off. When it came time to get a new tire (the tire they put on had a slow leak issue), it eventually cost me an extra $150 to have them broken off and replaced. Avoid if possible!

Performed great work on my vehicle this morning i changed my brakes and needed a brake flush i was in and out in no time and the lady who helped me performed great customer service. Definitely Satisfied with the service.

I had the pleasure of coming into your Seaford Delaware shop. I was greeted by Lisa who had the most bubbly personality. I was in a pinch and needed some work done to my tire like ASAP. Mr She worked me in and I was done in a jiffy. The mechanic working that day was also extremely nice and polite, I did not get his name unfortunately. I’m really so happy that I’ve now found my most favorite shop. I really do appreciate the kindness I was shown.

Brought my car in to have my tire patched and they had my car for OVER two hours and never called me to say the car was done. I finally went back in after waiting for too long and they said could not find the leak and managed to scuff up my rims in the process. Told me the tire had no leak even tho it has been steadily losing pressure and spent 15 minutes trying to sell me new tires. Went home and called AAA and they found the leak in under a minute by just doing the soap test and patched it in my driveway for $40 (Mr. Tire quoted me $63.10 for the patch)

I’m a nurse and work crazy hours so I can’t always plan ahead, I have to go in the moment. Lisa brought me right straight in when I called. The location that I normally go to told me I could come and wait but couldn’t guarantee that I would get service. Thank you to Lisa. As long as Lisa and Joe are in Seaford branch, that’s where I’ll be going with all my vehicles.

Joe was super nice and knowledgeable! He was able to give me different options when it comes to tires and also give me advice on what to work on to maintain my car. You can tell he is genuinely a nice guy by how he interacts with other customers.

Dishonest customer service. Had to get two rear tires fixed because they kept going flat. The store manager and another woman at the front desk told me i needed new tires. Proceeded to replace the front tires and not the back. Picked the car up with my tires still flat. I went to tell them about it and they said that they rotated the rear tires to the front but they didn’t and that the front tires had gone flat as well overnight(i marked my tires, and they never went flat prior to taking it to the shop). Then I took it to another place and all they needed was plugged. Spent an unnecessary $400 for new tires i didn’t need. Could’ve just spent the $30 I spent elsewhere.

Went in to get my truck service and saw on of the mechanic named Jonathon doing amazing job working on 4 cars including mine all at once and had every single one out within 45 minutes great customers service and work and I would recommend everyone there should get a raise for all the hard work

Great service, but it did take a long time and my TPMS light is on and they didn't reset it or adress that at all when they replaced my tires.

Not a great customer experience. The lady at the front desk answering the phones and conducting the customer intake process needs customer service training. Lack of soft skills. Also, this is the only mechanic shop in Seaford that doesn’t offer a military discount, but wants to serve high prices. Unbelievable! I towed my car elsewhere.

Took my car there to get a front end alignment, they told us they couldn't do it because it needed the inner tie rods done as well, and was going to cost almost $800 to do so. We didn't have the money at the time so we took our car and left. We took it to another place that was closer, and they called us confused asking why we needed to inner tie rods done, we told them because we were told by another company that we needed it. Well we found out Mr. Tire lied about what we needed done, the other company told us that nothing was wrong with them, that it was a completely different issue that was half the cost of what Mr. Tire was going to charge us for pretty much "fixing" a issue that wasnt even there. And if we would of went through with it at Mr. Tire, we still would of had an issue with the car because that wasnt what was really wrong with it. We will not be coming back to Mr. Tire.

Walk in oil change with no problems. Ty was great and gave me some non-pushy recommendations with quotes for things I know I really do need. Obviously knows what she’s talking about. Will be back for tires

Took my car there to have a tire changed. I'm pretty sure they messed up the bottom of my car in the front under my bumper. I haven't had my car anywhere else so I'm pretty sure it was the tech that changed my tire. Wouldn't take my car back there again

I'm very unhappy with the price of my oil change. I only have a 4 cylinder car so my engine can't be that big. I was charged over $100 for the oil change and it took over an hour and a half when I had an appointment and was the only one there. I was told I did need new brakes and two new front tires. I had to take it back a week later bc my miles weren't reset so my oil change light came on again. Now it's only been 3 months and my car is saying it REQUIRES an oil change. It's suppose to be good for 7000 miles! It's was at 94000 something when I took it there now is at 101,300 is that 7000 miles?

DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me. They’re obviously understaffed for one thing. And messed up something on my car one Saturday when taking off my tires. Good lord, how does this happen at a place called MR.TIRE??? They said I could drive around, but not too much, to be on the safe side, and to bring my car in another day because they had to order whatever they damaged, plus do the work they were going to do in the first place. The one mechanic said I’d get a discount, but when it came to pay when all was said and done it was about the same as what the guy quoted me before all the trouble, around $1000. The mechanic said he took off for a few things plus like $30, but it was pretty much nothing to make up for all the trouble.

They day I went in there I needed to get replacement wipers for a rental I had. Not my job to do that, but I did. The guy in there had his baby at work and was paying much more attention to it then to helping me. He had an attitude like I was inconveniencing him. Even mumbling something about not wanting to do it and he blames the car rental place. If you can't do the job that you are paid to do for some reason of YOUR fault perhaps you shouldn't be doing it.
Will I go back, not sure.

Eli and Cody were great did a good job changing my tires over to the new rims on the lights Jeep very professional job going to need a front end alignment will be making an appointment with them soon they were a little bit backed up but that's because they had walking customers and they were trying to take care of everybody which I give them kudos for. They were honest enough to tell two customers to schedule an appointment they cannot get them taken care of that day that's why they get five stars in my book for their honesty

Originally a friend of mine was quoted at $650+ by Mr. Tire for rear brake and rotor replacement, Mr. Tire is who claimed rotors needed replacement. We felt something fishy was going on with the quote for a rear brake and rotor replacement especially because Mr. Tire’s website is running a Brake Special starting at $139.99 and we expected additional charges but not over $500 more! Upon calling around we were referred to State Line by an Auto Zone employee. Upon inspection State Line explained the rotors were perfectly fine not to mention State Line did it all for a fourth of the cost of what Mr. Tire quoted.

Highly recommend State Line Auto Sales & Exhaust for their prices, honesty and care.

DO NOT recommend Mr. Tire (in Seaford) they definitely tried to overcharge and add unnecessary part replacements and labor charges and don’t even honor their online prices.

Purchased a new set of tires from Cody to be installed on supplied new rims. Made an appointment and work was completed when promised. Cody knows his products and was extremely helpful with tire selection and went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly and that the finished product exceeded expectations.

Eli at the front desk is so disgustingly rude. If I come in for an appointment that was scheduled why act like I’m inconveniencing and bothering you ? Horrible customer service. In the time I was sitting waiting every person that called was getting even worse service somehow. Dude hates his job it seems

I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to do the brakes on my car. I have been sitting here since 8:30 am. It’s now 12:50 and I was told an hour and 20 minutes ago that they would be done in 30 minutes. If Manager Cody were here I wouldn’t be treated like this. The man behind the counter is rude and not a people person.

The gentleman at the front needs to realize he works with the public. Not friendly and comes off very rude. Did not receive the service I asked for to be done with my oil change. "Tire rotation and balance a tire for me". I've been here many times, definitely will not be back.

This updated review is over 2 years in the making. Let me explain: In September of 2022, I purchased an older model Dodge pickup truck knowing that it needed some front-end work. I had just returned to the United States after living in a different country for many years. I came to Mr. Tire on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. Mr. Tire gave me an estimate for the repairs needed and told me, even though it was an older truck, it was worth the investment. I took their advice and had the repairs done and nearly 2 1/2 years later I have not had a moment's trouble with the work they did. During the repair, they kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and stayed within the quoted amount to make the repairs.
