The Handyman service delivered their estimate on the phone and promptly followed through with a visit to assess the project. They gave us the best estimate and did an excellent job coming through well within their estimate for the job! We are very pleased with our renewed front door!

Julio R. is a great worker. There were decisions to make on the best way to repair and replace the tiles. He made a good decision and worked his hours continually. The floor looks very nice and it feels wonderful. We THANK Julio for all his good decisions and his work.

I had a great experience with Mr. Handyman of Rockwall. I called them out to replace an old bathroom exhaust fan and install a new one in a second bathroom. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting the job, he explained that due to very limited attic access, they would not be able to safely or effectively complete the work.

What really impressed me was his honesty. He told me that in his many years with the company, this was the first time he’d had to turn down a job like this. Rather than give me a high quote and try to force the job through—like many companies might—he was upfront about the limitations. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Rockwall for their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first attitude. I’ll definitely call them again for future home projects.

Excellent experience - the person who came out gave us the quote and got right to work on the several projects. Was efficient and finished an entire day's worth of work, even beat his time slightly and saved us ~$100. Very friendly and did solid work - will definitely use again!

From the very beginning of the call setup to verifying and letting me know he was on his way, it was done so well. I had Joey as my Handyman that came all the way out to my father’s house in south Irving. He was very respectful and did everything I needed assistance with in my father’s house. He even made a special trip to HD when an extra part was needed to install a new drain as well as purchase the correct kind of ballasts. I never felt like an inconvenience. Thank you so much!!!

This is my 1st experience using Mr. handyman. I had my special order front door installed, stained and painted. Michael with Mr. handyman did the installation. He was easy to work with and the job went very smoothly. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

We're so happy Mr. Handyman sent Rick! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. We opened a small section of wall expecting some light water damage repairs from a leaky pipe, but also found years old termite damage leading us to replace studs across 3 walls and windows. Rick quickly shifted gears on the project's needs and finished the extensive job across 2 days, helping us understand the damage we had and how it happened. His years of experience and kindness made all the difference in what could have been a really difficult time.

A helpful representative answered the phone and scheduled a visit by a door repair specialist for an estimate the next day, with a 2 hour time frame for arrival. The technician arrived on-time in a Mr. Handyman Van and was cordial and professionally dressed. He made the estimate which I accepted and then repaired the door, relocating slightly the door bolt receptacle so it went from not working at all to working perfectly. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have another door problem.

Mr. Handyman of Dallas did an excellent job of communicating with me is setting the appointment and job expectations. On the job, John, did a good job in repairing the exhaust pipe and then verifying the flow of air ensuring it was working properly. He was on time and a good communicator and time efficient. A professional job done well.

David replaced a ceiling fan today. He was punctual, efficient, and dedicated to performing the work impeccably. I am delighted with the installation performed.

He did exactly what he said he would on the job in his explanation. He came in and finished in the amount of time written out on the estimate. Hung the large mirror and then cleaned up. He was done. I asked and he explained everything

Guillermo did a great job of fixing our storm door. It had almost pulled all the way off the frame. It’s better than before and completed n time.

Not a fan. Service is a little expensive. My air compressor ended up broken after their service visit. I don’t remember it being broken before, and I didn’t authorize them to use it. They worked in the area it is located. When I asked them about it, they didn’t follow up with me. I had to call them back. The tech used other materials than what I supplied, and they charged me. The tech stated/acknowledged I had all materials for the work prior to them starting. The work result itself wasn’t bad. It went from a pretty good job to bad with the unexplained compressor issue and not being apologetic about the situation or following up immediately with me about it. Don’t like the tech using other materials and being charged for it after clearly stating all materials were already provided. They told me they would drop disposal fee too, didn’t do that. Job wasn’t finished in a day, so made sure they would have to come back and get “all of their hours”/money to finish the job. At the time I told them what they had done was fine, I could finish the rest myself. Saved me from being charged the whole original time/quote.

I had a very positive experience with Mr. Handyman at all levels--customer service, handyman, and workmanship. I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future!

Extremely expensive, charging over $900 for 2.5 hours of simple caulking work on the first day of the job. After that, it was going to be a multi-day job, but there was a miscommunication with the service technician, which was going to cause a delay of a week in my job being completed.

I called to notify them that we would unfortunately need to cancel the rest of the job, since I was on a time crunch to get my home up for sale, and I would have to find someone who could complete the work sooner. TJ abruptly said “no problem” and just rudely hung up on me. Pretty unprofessional and pathetic customer service.

My recommendation? Find another handyman service that has reasonable prices, and has enough respect for paying customers to not throw a tantrum like a 4 year old when something inevitably tosses a wrench in the plans.

Always a Great Experience! I have used them for a number of things: installing doors, repairing doors with weather trim that has worn off. Today the top wall of my garage is coming down. They are always my go to since they do anything that consists of a repair. You will not be disappointed!

Will never use the company again. Technician took one hour and fifteen minutes to complete at 20 minute drive to collect materials. They do not care about your time or money. Over $600 to fix 5 inches of baseboard. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Unless they want to be grossly overcharged. The other reviews will lure you into thinking they are a reputable company.

I've used Mr. Handyman for years, but this by far was the best experience. I had a few minor projects that had been lingering, and I needed to just take care of them. Michael (who goes by Palo) did a superb job. Furthermore, he was polite and friendly, and did a great job with the clean up. I highly recommend!

October 1st called them to have my back door adjusted was locking, was charger $800 the tech verbally told me there was 6 mon the warranty, 3 weeks late the door wasn't locking again , I called the office and I was told I should had read disclaimer on the invoice because door adjustment are not covered under warranty.So the client have to read but they can lie verbally.Be aware of this before use them.

Mr. Handyman did an awesome job repairing my flooring and replacing an appliance so that it fits in a space that was not properly laid out when the room was originally built. I am so thrilled to have found someone capable of fixing that mess! Julio Ruiz did fantastic work rebuilding and staining my hardwood floor - the whole project turned out much better than I had thought possible. Also on time and very nice and trustworthy in my house. Handyman of Rockwall sent Michael Palo to our home to help fix the back door. It was never set right from when we bought it. It had a gap even with the door closed. Michael was able to see the issue and fix it for us. The door frame was never properly set and went in with one side too low. He came in completely took out door apart and put in a new door frame and set it correctly. Now our door closes all the way and there are no gaps. He got this all done in hours and ensured all was cleaned up and look like it should have been. See couldn't be happier with Handyman and Michael. Thank you!

Mike did a great job on tightening all of the doorknobs, and tightening the toilet roll holder. He showed up very early, and was patient with waiting. I have nothing but great service from Mike and David so far. I will continue to use Mr. Handyman for future house/townhome repairs.

David did a great job on painting some of the walls that needed touch up on the townhome. He painted 3 entire walls with the right color needed, Agreeable Gray, and they look like brand new!!!
