We needed to have a door jam repaired before Lowe's would install a new security door we purchased from them. Michael from Mr. Handyman was excellent. He was courteous and took time to explain my options and why he recommended the fix he felt would be the most effective for price. I would recommend Michael and Mr. Handyman for sure and will definitely reach back out to them the next time I need something like that done at our house.

They did not show up prepared for our project. When I booked them I notified them of details for the project and they did not arrive with what was needed. I ending up haveing to get neighbors to help me later that night. I received a followup customer service call and I expressed my disappointment that I did not receive what I Paid for (as they are not cheap). She said she would have a manager call and that was over a week ago and no one has ever called or followed up. That is why I am now oleaving this review about 10 days later.

Michael Alexander did a great job on repairs to our door. He made efficient use of his time and did all the work we had agreed to.

The fact that they will call you and provide a heads up on actual eta- says a lot! They can work with your schedule and have great working experience. Technician Duane Rush was more than professional and was very detailed with his work. His professional experience was carried throughout my home builder list.
I will definitely will ask for him again.

Mr. Handyman showed up quickly and their tech, Pete, was very helpful and friendly. He replaced our front door for us along with the lock set and a new doorbell. Pete had to make several adjustments to our door casing to make the door fit perfectly. He did an outstanding job and made sure the fit and finish was just right.

I’m very pleased with the response time and with the quality of Pete’s work. Thank y’all!

Reasonable rates and a job very well done on installing some recessed lighting fixtures on aging/bad sheetrock in our kitchen. Will definitely use them again for anything that exceeds my skills or tools on hand !

John has assisted us with a few projects. The latest was installing new mosquito nets on our patio. He always shows up with a smile on his face, ready to tackle the project, and does so efficiently. If any hiccups arise, he notifies us immediately. Anytime we need something done, we ask for John specifically. He’s wonderful!!

Not only was the installation perfect, but he also went above and beyond by taking the initiative to go to Home Depot to get the necessary banner steaks when we realize the ones we had we’re large enough. Today I had the privilege of having Duane work on my house! I needed help installing a dog door into my wall, and not only was he professional but incredibly kind. I have 3 dogs and he was so patient with the barking and their curious nature. The job ended up taking longer than expected but he was great at communicating with me what was happening so I knew I was in good hands. By the end of the visit I knew my husky would be missing his new friend! Seriously cannot sing his praises enough. From start to finish it was a great experience and I will be using them again!

Had some under the sink water damage. Mr Handyman sent Henry out and he did a great job. Cleaned everything before he left and rebuilt the cabinets as good as new. Highly recommend Mr Handyman.

Donald Sutton was amazing the headboard for my son was very complicated and he did amazing . So thankful. He was very kind and helpful.

Don did a great job with everything I had him do! He hung mirrors, caulked, hung lights on my cabana and fixed a crack in bedroom door.

Truly disappointed, only putting this out there for others on a time crunch .. Scheduled to have someone come out on 9/12. I was told to be the second appointment of the day. By noon I’m expecting someone .. then 2, I want to call but didn’t want to bother because I get things get busy. Then 4 hits and I call because ???? I was told the techs 3rd job was taking longer than expected, confused because I thought I was the second stop? The sweet lady fumbled her words trying to make things better but I stayed home ALL day to make sure I was here for the ‘window’ I was given. Theeeen I got rescheduled for the following day, a Friday. Told I would be the first appointment due to the mess up the day before. I call and ask where the tech was and then told they were running behind on their appointment because the work was more than expected. There was zero communication from the company, I was the one calling to find out what was going on and just left hanging. Disappointing

Really enjoyed my experience with this company, I felt like the guy who came out was very knowledgeable and was very upfront about costs and work. He also did a great job and I will likely use them in the future!

I hired Mr Handyman for a job in Flower Mound. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 9 am. I rearranged my schedule to be here. I waited for them until 9:30 am. I finally called and asked if the technician was coming. The lady told me she would contact the technician and call me right back. I waited for 20 minutes and heard nothing back. I finally called back and canceled the appointment. I Would Not recommend them!

Rodger was very professional, helpful and did a very thorough job. He reviewed all items on the warranty. He placed all protective barriers and left the area clean.

Pete Reyes was sent to my house to install grab bars around a bath tub to increase safety for me to enter and exit a bathtub. Ahead of the arrival, I was told when he would arrive complete with a photo of who to expect. Pete was very professional plus friendly. He allowed for multiple tries to get the bars placed in exactly the best position and angle. He did not seem rushed. Highly satisfied!

The guys that came out to replace a window unit air conditioner for me were unfailingly courteous and professional. They did everything they could to prove they were working for me. Bravo, guys!

Do not waste your time, money, and emotions on this company. Very shady business practice here. They will give you a quote based on the needed repairs (I needed the fire place outside vent cover replaced and I even sent them pictures.), and then they will say, "we charge by the hour." When the technician came out to do the work (at which point the clock started), he said he had to run to the store and grab some parts (it was a standard size vent cover.). The technician charged me for two hours of work which included him driving over and back to the store to get the parts!!! Why didn't he come out with the parts in the first place???!!! The actual work only took no more than 30 minutes at most!!!

Mr Roger has been the best handyman I have met..He is very professional in handling whatever the work was given to him by my home inspector..He was patient enough to listen to the issue and solve it

I only had one bad experience and they quickly resolved it. They have sent very capable technicians to help with a variety of household issues. Highly recommend if you need the assistance and enjoy the convenience of not doing it yourself.

Roger did an outstanding job and made the process easy for me. I have a brand new home that has a water leak. He repaired the walls and you can’t even tell. Much appreciated!
