The attention to detail was so appreciated, especially being a home buyer of a home that you know nothing about. Absolute best home inspection I’ve ever had. Was in need of an emergency inspection for claim purposes and the company came out in less than 12 hours and had me a full report before the next day… it was late and they pushed through to get me everything I needed as quick as possible.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Have had close to two dozen home inspections in my life and this one blew them all away.

I cant say enough good things about Mountain Top Home Inspection and their inspector, Jason Lambka. Jason was friendly professional, efficient and very thorough, I can say that after buying and selling 12 houses over 30 years, I considered myself fairly savvy on home matters but Jason really knows his stuff. The sellers of the home we were buying were there for the inspection as well as several dogs, I thought Jason interacted well with them, often exercising great patience. I would definitely call on him and Mountain Top for your home inspection.
