Both Roger and Jason were professional, informative, and understanding of my situation. They had my roof completed in two days and I am completely satisfied with the finished job. Both went beyond my expectations and gave great advice on other problems I'm dealing with on my property. I highly recommend Crites Home Improvements, as they go beyond reason they were there for. I contacted Mr Crites for a siding job in September, he came back with a contract and was signed. Never heard back until I called, when I did Mr Crites asked for a $1,000.00 to pay for the siding to get it from the supplier. I said no, it's not in the contract and I have seen no siding or progress on the job! Needless to say he has never came back, I see this and this company a complete scam, maybe he thought as a senior he could scam me, NOT HAPPENING! I'm debating on a civil action suit against this scam artist! ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Crites Roofing gave the best estimate and were here on time.
When they began work they worked hard. And when the job was finished we were well pleased. These men know what they are doing. Roger Crites has ran a successful l business in Keyser for over 3 years. VERY WELL done.
