We signed the contract in May for them to do the roof, facia and sofit and a large picture window. In June they came and did the roof and facia and sofit. I had mentioned to Marcos that I at least wanted the window in before the snow comes. In July I asked him when he was going to do the window and if he was still going to be able to get it in before the snow comes. He assured me that he would still be able to get it in before the snow. In October he said he had to come remeasure the window again, he wanted the next pymt and I explained that they still did not put the light fixture back up and there was a spot in the facia that was not tucked in. He then told me that the light fixture broke when they took it down. So I went and bought a new one (if they would have told me right away i would have gotten it then) It took 2 more weeks, they came out put up the light and fixed the facia and then he told me that his guys forgot to put on all of the gutter clips. That's when he told me that the window wouldnt be in until dec 24th. I was ticked off since he knew about the window since May. He told me that he will try to get it sooner but if not he will leave the one on order at menards. He said he would let me know. Another 2 wks went by and I still didn't hear anything from him. Finally in November when i got ahold of him, I asked him for an order number so I can ck on when the window will be in, that's when he said he didnt order it yet. I told him dont bother I will get a more reliable company. Not a very good way to do business!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

I was very impressed with Moreno's Roofing. The work was done well. After the tear off, we realized that the roof had some more extensive damage. They explained what was being done and were able to make repairs to the damage. Everyone was very professional, the job site was kept very clean, and their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
