I had a custom shed design; the purchase of the shed was super easy, once they made the sale it seemed like all communication stopped. It was supposed to be a 6–8-week build (it pushed 13Weeks) it was ordered in March and delivered in June. it took multiple calls to get any information on the shed and delivery. Once delivery was setup they expected final payment before even seeing the shed (when is the last time anyone purchased something without seeing it, they said it was fine that's why you have a warranty!) finally got the shed delivered product was amazing customer service sucks!

The crew in Cheyenne is top notch. They are very friendly and willing to help with your needs. Did an outstanding job in placing my shed.

I’m satisfied customer. I ordered a 10 foot x 16 foot shed from Montana Shed Center. They did not have the colors my wife wanted to match our house on site. So the friendly sales staff sat down with us in the site office and ordered the shed using their online website. We were able to order the paint colors we preferred. We also requested increased wall height as well as a transom windows above the door. They showed us a 3D view if what it would look like. The company support staff was fantastic at contacting us to verify that or order was correct and make sure we were happy with their service. Finally have confidence in the delivery and install team. They contacted us and arranged a delivery date. The delivery folks showed up on the scheduled date. The deliver guy had a cool remote control tractor that lifts the shed and places it exactly where you want it placed. This machine allows the technician to walk around the shed as it is moved into place insuring there is no damage to your property.

Mike Campbell and the Montana Shed Center really came through with a donation for the Intermountain Children's Home Festival of Trees! They custom built a shed to fit our needs!

We wandered around the Montana shed site and picked a perfect little garden shed. We called for an appointment and met with Bryce. He was great and fun to get to know. We worked out the details and the shed delivery was the following week.
Bryce was at our house as promised and he placed the shed in the exact spot and leveled it for us. It was fast and efficient.
If we ever need a shed, barn or garage we will go the Montana Shed Center.

Very simple process, picked the design and colors, then placed the order. The building was finished and delivered on time. Really impressed with the quality of the building and very fair pricing. I would strongly recommend checking with them if you are in the market for any type of building.

MSC was great to work with from the start. I needed a large, custom-designed shed, and it needed to be installed in a pretty tight spot. The final product that they delivered was a high quality build, with the design looking exactly as expected. Their delivery guy was awesome, and he placed it exactly on my marks. The shed is well made. We experienced an issue with the direction the metal man door opened. The company was responsive in correcting the issue. They sent a service man to change the door to the correct one and installed a dead bolt. We are very pleased with the shed and will definitely use Montana Shed in the future if we have a need.

This has been the best customer service experience I have had in many years! I shopped Hickory, Tuff shed and some others. They had the best built, the best inventory and the best bang for the buck. I love my new greenhouse. It is well built and will stand up to Wyoming winds and winter. The shed was delivered in great condition and placed just where we needed it. The entire Montana Shed - Cheyenne team was great to work with.

The shed is perfect and was delivered and set in place.
My only concern was how long it took for the Shed to be completed (took three months).

I recently purchased an 8' x 10' greenhouse from the Montana Shed Center in Ogden, Utah. They delivered my greenhouse when I requested it.The salesman was helpful and explained the best way for a gravel bed to put my greenhouse on. The truck driver who delivered my greenhouse put the greenhouse right where we had prepared the gravel and made sure it was right where I wanted it. He did an excellent job and was courteous along with all the others we had dealt with..I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a well built shed.

I purchased a custom designed Quaker animal shed for my Alpacas. The designing staff at Montana Shed were knowledgeable and TRUELY acceptable to my needs. When assisting me, if they could not answer my question, they would find someone in the office that could.
The shed was completed in an timely manner in a high demand situation. The delivery personnel (Justin Kropf) was proficient and very articulated to detail in his delivery. It was truly a good experience from start to finish. I love this shed and would refer and buy another from this company.

Built exactly as we designed. Finished and delivered early which was nice. Took time to set up so it sat level. Extremely satisfied with shed and service.

We purchased our shed in Shelley,Idaho the young man who helped us was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the shed— we wanted bigger doors and a loft and he got all the measurements and showed us the complete shed with our measurements.
I received a call from the shed Company and they told me the day we were set up for delivery!!
The young man who delivered the shed was amazing getting the semi backed up between an old car and our house, under power lines and unloaded it on our railroad ties and adjusted it and it looks great!!
We are so happy with our shed and our neighbors love it, too!! I may have talked a few into buying one!!
