Mon-Dak heating & plumbing

I was at the end of my rope, and the knot was slipping ! I stopped in and explained my situation to them. 100 degree days, my ac unit stopped working and I didn't know what to do. Rick explained everything, he and another person came out, on the same day ! They fixed my problem. The next day, it quit working again, I was so confused. Rick came back out and fixed it again and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I'm 60 and know nothing about this stuff. This company and these men are exemplary in the way they treat people. They didn't have to help the way they did. This shows the quality of character these folks possess. Thank you.

These guys have done all of our plumbing and heating for the last decade or so. They are awesome. Last week a capacitor went out in our office building and Rick was there within 10 minutes, diagnosed it in about 2 minutes, had the part and was fixed and running within 15 minutes. Thanks Rick!

I've recently used Mon-Dak for both replacing a bad furnace as well as fixing another existing furnace. Each time they have shown up within a few hours and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know with furnace issues.

The response time was wonderful. I was dreading what this would end up costing but to my surprise I was extremely happy with how quickly my issue was resolved and of course the cost. Definitely would recommend.

Called and they answered promptly and told me someone would get back to me. Less than 2 hours later they called to set up the work, and told me they gave priority to no heat calls, which blew my mind. I am so thankful for that. Most places would give priority to the biggest most profitable job.
Dog Chewed through some low voltage wires on the AC unit and popped a fuse in the Furnace when we switched it to A/C. Fixed Fuse, adjusted thermostat and tested, and repaired cabling. Reasonable bill. Receptionist and tech both were extremely nice. Class A service!

Rick is awesome! He is friendly and knowledgeable about our "ancient" system. He told us what problem could be and by having us check a couple of things the heat is working again

I'm sorry that I have did business with mondak heating and plumbing since I was a kid I think. I grew up here in Williston and Trenton and I don't know when I went into the store the lady at the counter she had a call on her cell phone that was more important than a customer and not only that she was rude I don't know maybe even a little prejudice or something and she even sold me the wrong air filter for my mom and dad's furnace that I was cleaning and fixing for them and when I opened up the box I had accidentally damaged cut the filter that was in the box so yes therefore I cannot return a damaged product to a store that even though they did send me the wrong part and I even brought the old filter and housing in there to show and get the right part. The only thing pleasurable about my experience at the store there was a nice gentleman that opened the door for me because I had a huge air filter and my hands were full and very dirty. And I told him I was talking to a friend of mine today that just a little common courtesy and kindness towards anybody driving down the road or bumping in somebody at a store could go a very very long way. And this world would be a kinder peacefuler gentler place that we all live in together. Just saying a big thank you and a God bless to that kind sir... Keep on passing it on...

Have always had an excellent experience with customer service and just everybody there! Don't take my word, give them a try yourself!

The job never takes too long and the technicians are quick to show up. I have had no problems with these guys and will call them every time now
