Austin thoroughly and efficiently completed his work. He had great communication, did an excellent job, and was reasonably priced. We plan to continue using his services going forward.

I contacted this company on 2/28 and he responded back quickly. The owner explained what he would do and provided an estimate of $250. I set up an appointment for 3/18 and on 3/11 got a text asking if I could switch to 3/23. It wasn’t a problem so we switched to 3/23 at 10 am. On the 23rd no one showed so I texted him at 1020 to see if anyone was still coming and no one ever showed or responded back. I know he received the message because his IPhone had the read messages activated and he read it about 4 minutes after I sent it. Never heard anything back from him.

We called Austin yesterday because our wood stove needed cleaning asap! Austin came the next day and was very professional and even went above and beyond and even blew all the pine needles off the roof. Our wood stove is spotless! He was very personable and accommodating. We will always trust Austin to do a great job for us!
