I have used MHI 3 times now in the last year. We had a new kitchen floor put in, new windows and siding on the house, wood flooring installed in our bedroom and some interior carpentry and painting done. They do quality work, are extremely professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

The electrician was professional, know exactly what he needed to do. He had all the material on hand to fix the issue.

MHI remodeled out kitchen. Removing wall between family room and kitchen and wall between kitchen and dining room. Creating new doorway floor from dining room to hallway to laundry and bathroom. We love, love our new first floor open concept kitchen family room. MHI was great!! Thank you

On top of the fact that it took almost a year of going back and forth, I was told the portion of the roof being replaced would be color matched as best as possible. To my knowledge, no one ever came out to do this piece. As a result, My existing roof is a mid-grey color and what was replaced is now a slate grey almost black color. The company was rather unprofessional and left a mess down the side of my home and in my yard that I had to clean myself. Communication was only there when it was convenient for the contractors. Had my pre-payment not been part of closing procedures on my house, I would have pulled out months ago. Overall, will not use this company again for any repair/replacement needs.

Amazing people. I have no words to describe them! Took care of everything when I faced few issues while selling my house. Jared is awesome. He is very responsive. You can text him anytime for any updates. I was able to close on time only because of Jared and his crew.

Last year, my family experienced an insidious water leak from the delightful combination of a leaky chimney and an old roof. After getting both of those taken care of, we had moderate water damage that required skilled carpenters to take down part of our upstairs ceiling, evaluate the attic and insulation for mold, fix any issues that existed, and then patch everything to make it look like they weren’t ever there. With the stress of watching one of our walls warp and change colors, I knew time was of the essence.
MHI had a team at my house THREE DAYS after signing paperwork. They coordinated with my insurance company, made all carpentry/attic/mold repairs in 2 days, and had a painter over the day after to put on the finishing touches. The respectful teams working at my house were efficient, respectful, timely, and delivered professional results. Now that we can finally move past this chapter in our house’s life, we are thrilled.
I would, and plan to, hire them again for any major carpentry/renovation/restoration project.

I highly MHI Contracting. They responded quickly to my call, and were extremely efficient. I was relieved that the problem was smaller than it appeared to be. A part was ordered and less than 2 days later they were back to fix it!

The pair of workers did the required work in a very timely manner. The project was done using up to date plumbing supplies and the work was done in a neat manner.Very pleased with the service provided.

Needed hardwired smoke detectors installed for a property in Chicopee in order to close the property on time. MHI sent an electrician over within a day and the work was completed within code in 2 days. MHI saved the day and the work was excellent!

We had our kitchen renovated and we’re so pleased with how simple the whole process was. Helpful suggestions were made and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.

The work was very professional and done on time but there was a 3-week wait and I was required to post a full deposit of half of the bill in advance. I agree to the price but it was way too expensive for the work done. I will never use this company again !!!
