I highly recommend AZ Exterior Repairs, INC. I had old deteriorated cedar shakes removed, new vinyl siding and one large, specialty order window installed. A great, friendly and flexible crew who worked through an awful heatwave without complaint. The team communicated with each other, problem solved rotted, insect ridden wood around the garage, working with the exterminator. They have a great team approach and helping each other, and are genuinely nice people. I was worried my dog would cut her foot on debris but Max and his team went over the yard daily. It’s nice to have a group of workers you can trust to do the job correctly. Max came out and immediately found areas of concern no other contractor brought up. AZ used the same materials other contractors offered but had much more reasonable pricing, I will be using them again.

Max and A-Z Exterior are hands down the best when it comes to exterior repairs! From soffit vents to siding to garage header repair, they tackled everything for me.
I was initially skeptical about the soffit vents since other contractors told me that the gutter would need to be removed. But Max and Chris proved them all wrong. They skillfully created new openings in the soffit without even touching the gutter, put in the new vents, and all at half the cost of other contractors. Max and crew are role models for how a contractor should operate. From the initial consultation and quoting process, they were knowledable, informative and worked to fulfill our requests. The quote was competitive and fair, and while the order was being prepared, kept us informed all the way. Once onsite, A-Z worked full days and were clean as they go as well as pointed out some irregularities that should be repaired. Even if it rained, they waited till the weather cleared and showed up to do whatever needed to be done, while losing a half day to due weather. Checked in with us almost daily to keep us involved in the process, and when finished, we were honestly sad to see them go, except they left us with a transformed house that was beautiful, with quality work. Our house is unrecognizable from what it looked like and we are so happy that we used Max and crew to do our siding and windows. Even repaired a rotted sill from an area that they weren't even working on. If you are planning a to reside or replace windows, stop looking and call these guys. Stop searching and just hire Max and his crew! All are very personable, professional, and reliable. I had an emergent, extensive rot repair resulting from an improperly installed, rooftop plumbing vent. A-Z replaced all rotted structural components (floor joists, framing, sheathing etc) on the whole side of my house and reinstalled the pipe and roofing correctly; over a weekend, in November, just before inclimate weather. They assessed and eliminated this situation. A-Z completes the job, remaining in the background, enabling you and your family to carry-on your daily activities.

In short, these guys can get the job done in the time your waiting on the phone for somebody else. Now, get off being "on-hold" and give them a call!

Was the first one to respond after reaching out about quotes in the area to install new gutters. I shopped around before ultimately deciding to go with Max. Some of the other places wanted over a grand more for the install and tried to sell me on how wonderful their product was. Found out that A-Z had the exact same product and were willing to do the install for far less. Not only that, the team that came out were really professional and quick.
