Arbri saved us from another contractor trying to take us for a ride. He was immediately responsive and made time to swing by the same day and give us solid advice and insight with zero pressure to have any work done by his company. He and his team have gone above and beyond, not only doing great work with the siding installation (even ripping out the bit horribly installed by the previous contractor and redoing it for us even though we had only paid them to finish the remainder), but going out of their way to address other issues they spotted as a courtesy and prevent future problems with our home. Arbri has been generous with his time and a joy to work with. Definitely a breath of fresh air after going through the horrors of buying a badly flipped house and then hiring the wrong contractor to fix it. Finally feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for us, and we know he’s thinking about what’s best for us and our home in the long term rather than how much he can make from us. They pressure washed my house and I had my vinyl siding repaired and some of the siding replaced. The siding looked so good, it made my trim look dull and old. I had to have the trim painted. The house looked like new. I also asked if he could trim a tree that was over hanging and laying on my roof. He agreed to do the work and I asked him to cut the tree down.
I'm a perfectionist and he meet my standards. I plan on having him come back this summer and doing some interior painting or maybe install some new floors.

Albri and his crew did a wonderful craftsman like work on the outside of my home following the need of our plumber who had to cut into the outside wall to access pipes that had broken.

Albri even warned me about the pipes still leaking on the 1st day he and his crew were supposed to start work! He would NOT start work unless things were right with the pipe and I totally appreciate that.

Arbri was a pleasure to work with and cares very deeply about the quality of his work. He identified our window leaks were the result of incorrectly installed flashing for the deck above. He replaced the necessary siding, installed new flashing, and we haven't had an issue since. Would recommend him.

Wow!! Arbri did an amazing job! Someone had crashed their car into my building. We were able to track down matching metal siding, but it was prohibitively expensive since it is no longer mass manufactured. Arbri came up with a creative alternative solution that made the building look 100x better than it originally did prior to the crash! Arbri and his team retrofitted a modern looking "accent" wall with new windows into the building. His approach turned out way better than I could have imagined! Before and after photos included - the after photo is not 100% done but I will get a better one and upload it. Thank you for going way above and beyond to greatly improve and modernize the look of the building, Arbri!

We worked with Arbri and Modern Exterior. With what seemed like a lot of experience in exterior work, they did a quality job replacing the siding, windows and painting on our 3 story home. They also did very nice finishing work with cedar deck ceilings, wrapping pillars and adding soffits. Good attention to detail. Overall positive experience and a fair price, would recommend them if you’re looking for residential exterior work.

I used this company to rebuild my stucco chimney with James Hardie Board, their job is so amazing and professional. It was not only their job but also the entire process experience was so awesome/transparent. They also guarantee life time leak free labor.

Modern exterior Solutions have impressed us with their work. Their professionalism, honesty and quality. They are willing to make a long winded and scary project fun and easy to cope with. We changed the siding on our whole house (3,000 SF) and they were able to do it in a timely manner. The thing I loved about them, is how honest they are, they show you other materials that companies use from James Hardie, but it is not the top quality, they use only top quality to uphold their lifetime warranty against any leaks. Arbri and Alex are phenomenal and fun to work with! We recommend them to anyone! We are already recommending them to friends around town.

South facing wall had peeling. Posted a project description on Angie's List. As I was reviewing the recommended contractors, Arbri Allaraj of Modern Exterior called and suggested that he come by to review the project. He'd seen the description on Home Advisor, which now owns Angie's. Soon there was a reasonable bid submitted. No other contractors responded to the description. His colleague Oleg did a great job with the prep/priming... two visits. attached you can see the first visit result and the final wall.
Arbri had noticed a hole in our gutter drainpipe and included a new one with the bid. Great color matching. Fine work, great communication to fit the work in with early spring weather.

Arbri and Alex are extremely helpful and honest. Even though we decided to hold off on our siding project, Arbri suggested that we wait to paint our house until we replaced our siding, since it would be a waste of money. He had our best interests in mind, regardless if we hired him or not. He also suggested that we get multiple quotes from other companies. I will be keeping all this in mind once we decide to move forward with our siding project.

We had an excellent experience with Arbri & Alex. The quote was accurate, they started the work in a timely fashion, communicated effectively and quickly, and did a great job describing our options when we ran into surprises along the way. Overall, I wish every contractor that we hire could be like these guys - it was the dream experience. The finished product came out perfectly and I'd have them back to do more work in a heartbeat.
