Use caution if you are thinking of using this contractor for any job. I was hesitant to engage M&N construction group to remove old siding and replace it with new one because Erwin's brother, who I was informed did my neighbor siding, was sick. I agreed to the work because he told me that his group could still perform a good job without his brother. I wish I hadn't...After the work was completed, I noticed many faults with the new siding, including unsealed holes and gaps that allowed pathways for mice to enter (chew) through the walls and insulations, and cause significant difficulties and damage to my home. I've reached out to Erwin and Daniel and both have ignored my calls, refusing to come and deal with the problem. After months of being ignored I will now take legal action against them.
I’ve worked with Erwin and Dan twice now and couldn’t recommend them more highly. The guys and their team always super responsive, reliable, on time and finish on schedule.
The first job, the replaced the roof on my 100 year old log cabin and garage with a new metal one and transformed the place in only a few days. Being a metal roof I had a lot of questions around insulation and noise dampening which they thoroughly answered and helped me make the necessary choices. They went the extra mile to even make a matching roof for my fire wood storage box with the leftover materials. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and get compliments from strangers for the new look all the time.
Next, I had them come back and remove two load bearing walls and install steel support beams. The team came in and did an amazing job, taking the time to do everything the right way. Definitely no shortcuts.
They always took care to not damage or leave tools on any new surfaces and left the job site clean when finished.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their home.
