I have had Eric and MMI do multiple things at our homes. Replace an entire service to the home, including the roof mast replacement. Fully install a Generac whole home generator (Eric even managed the contractor to install the pad and gas line work for the generator), multiple jobs in our home as we have been engaged in a lot of remodel. I could list them all but bottom line is, work is top quality, Eric and his staff are the best. You will not be disappointed from start to finish!
Lost power in the garage. Came out with an initial look less than 5 days after phone call. Identified the area of the issue relating to the underground cable having a break. Set an appointment for fixing issue 3-5 days afterwards. Came in, determined the most likely location of the ground wire break, dug it up and fixed it. After he fixed it, buried the trenches to include the trench that I dug up. Fast, efficient and professional. I will refer him to others and keep his phone number saved for future reference!
