M&M Roofing & Blacktopping

I needed seal coating for my driveway. I contacted M&M Roofing & Blacktopping and Alex got back to me right away. He was able to get out to my house and send me a quote very quickly. The job was done professionally and as described. The driveway looks great now. This was a really easy company to work with!

We incurred damage on the roof of our covered deck due to wind and received an estimate on 12/22. After seeing reviews and getting other estimates, we decided to proceed with M&M and understood it would take some time due to supply chain constraints but our deposit was taken on 12/28. We incurred more damage the following week on 1/5 and the quote did increase, which is understandable.

The main issue is that the work was not done until 2/7 and we were never lead to believe it would have taken this long to repair. Furthermore we were assured that once the material arrived, the repair would take place. We never heard from the scheduling team as to when a repair would take place even though the material had arrived. They seemed eager to take my deposit but once the check cleared, I don't think we would have heard from them if I had not reached out several times. Overall poor communication and operations. My suspicion is that since our repair was a minor/small job in the big picture so it was not prioritized. I would imagine if I needed an entire new roof, I would not have had this issue.
