Jennifer was amazing to work with. Very friendly and informative. She worked directly with the insurance company for the hail damage to my roof. Even stayed in contact through the winter while waiting for the weather to allow installation. On construction day, they were here at 7 and when I got home at 1, everything was finished and cleaned up. Great company to work with.

Mitten Roofing handled all the insurance negotiations. That was a big plus for me. The crew that did the work was quick and respectful of the property. Clean- up was done after they finished. These three young men treated my wife and I with class. The services offered were both siding and roofing. Both crews were exceptional with their quality of work. They literally took care of everything. Skyler handled the call to my insurance adjuster. Josh handled everything with the adjuster, and Ezra handled both crews. What more could you ask for. Josh was easy to work with and worked with the inspectors in getting things covered and replaced if needed to be. The roofing crew, the crew who came and did some emergency facia and soffit repair were awesome, Louis and his crew took care in making sure things were done right and if not because of another problem he made sure you knew what was going on and that he would get it fixed right when he came back. The gutter replacement crew worked with me and making sure we were getting downspouts in the right places so water would be taken away from the foundation. The only issue we had was the siding crew who wasn't the original crew, was suppose to be Louis, was unavailable due to a family emergency so a different crew came and they weren't as caring about the landscaping, keeping the area cleaned up so I was a little frustrated as my flowers were getting stepped on and pushed to the side more than they should of and I am picky about my flowers. I knew they would get stepped on but not to the point of being flattened, so I yelled at them. Over all Josh always took care of things right away and worked with the insurance company, inspectors and myself in making sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I was also around when the work was being done. Just to note, Mittens came in as a second contractor to clean up another contractors mess. If you call Josh he will get right back to you.

Roofers came out had it torn off and replaced in one day and the sliders took 2. Their crew and all involved are very professional.

Ezra came out to answer any of the questions I had and even did a couple extra sweeps of the yard and landscaping to make sure all nails were picked up.

Mitten Roofing not only did a great job on my roof, they were excellent at communicating as the claims process can be a bit intimidating. I've been a homeowner for 25+ years, and due to hail damage, this claim was the 1st time I've ever had to file an insurance claim. They've now helped several of my neighbors as well, I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism.

Our house was in need of a new roof and gutters after discovering we had extensive hail damage.

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and she made the whole project and stress-free process. She met with us multiple times and patiently answered all the questions we had. She was always quick to respond to texts and calls as well. Mitten handled filing the insurance claim as well as meeting with the adjuster to get us a whole new roof and gutters!

The roof was done in a day. From tear off to installation! And it looks great! I was concerned about damage to the landscape, but the crew tarpped everything and was virtually untouched. The foreman ensured me he would do a walk through after the project was done to make sure no nails or debris were left behind, and I have not seen a single piece. It is like they were never here.

The gutter crew came another day and had the gutters replaced in a morning. Again, excellent cleanup and quality work!

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the customer service, quality of work, and attention to detail Mitten provided for our home!

Mitten replaced my roof from hail damage. They inspected the house and found damage. Got the adjuster to agree to repair and replaced the siding, soffit, facia and gutter in 3 days. Quick and painless. Highly recommend

Jennifer Gauf stopped by one day , checking to see if I needed hail damaged roof repair. Left her card and I called for her to come give me a bid. Which she did and I am extremely happy with Mitten Roofing and Restoration. Rain delayed the job, but sunshine FINALLY appeared . The crews showed up at 7 a.m. and had both the house and unattached garage and clean up done by 3P.M. EXCELLANT JOB. 100 PERCENT SATISFIED.

Mitten Roofing has great staff to work with, after the hail storm this summer, I thought about calling the insurance company to come and look at the roof, but decided against it because they come out, look at the roof and there is never any damage.

A week or so after the storm, Jennifer Gauf a Mitten representative knocked and my door and offered to do a free roof inspection. I think she could see the skepticism on my face, she assured me that there would be no cost, she would take pictures of any damage on my roof and show them to me when she was done. She did that and my roof did have damage.

The best part of the whole experience was that she worked directly with the insurance company. She told me what to do and it all worked out. I learned a valuable lesson through this experience, well several actually, the most important one is to have a third party work with the insurance company, they know how to cut through the red tape and get the repairs paid for through the insurance co.

Jennifer was a delight to work with from beginning to end and she was able to get the complete roof paid for and helped us work through the deductible costs. I highly recommend Jennifer Gauf and Mitten Roofing company.

All I can say is WOW about this company!!! Absolutely wonderful to work with. My Mother is elderly, and had some damage to her roof . I was hesitant for her to allow them to check it out as I had never heard of the company, but it was so worth it. The young man Jacob did all the work For Mom with contacting the insurance company, and arranging the repairs to be done at a time that work well for my Mom. I couldn’t be more happy, and both Mom and I highly recommend them.

Jacob came out and did a free inspection, he seen some damage up on my roof and siding so he took pictures and explained everything to me in detail unlike the other 2 roofers who just tried to get me to sign a contract, Jacob actually cared about my home like his own and making me feel comfortable , he helped me file my claim and met with my insurance adjuster, his crew was fast and efficient, And Jacob was there the whole time to make sure every detail was correct so we wouldn’t have anymore leaks. I can’t say enough how great it was to work with such a great company. When they say they have the customer service and best crews around they mean it!
