Mitch's Metal & Lumber

Was working on putting a 40x60 garage together from a package bought from Mitch’s metal & Lumber when we noticed termites on the trusses & other wood. When they delivered it they just dropped it straight on the ground without anything underneath to keep it up off the ground! Anyone who knows anything about construction knows that untreated wood doesn’t go straight on the ground!! Would recommend if you have them deliver to make sure to have someone there to babysit them!!

We purchased our metal roofing materials here and they were excellent at helping us out with knowing what all we needed and they have the best prices around.

I have always got what I ordered. Most of the time they have the best price. I enjoy doing business with these guys. Only negative that I can think of is their summer hours are a little inconvenient.

I just had my pole barn built by Quality Pole Barns contractor ,out of four walls 1 and a half was correct the other were 3 half inches high at the bottom, garage door opening was too high by 6 inches and to narrow by 3 inches , they came back and redid I had to buy a new 7' pc of metal two times because they don't no off white and brite white look like and charged me twice , that there installer miss up, and you have to buy the cement for the holes that they don't tell you about ,they don't build it at Code nether , and the 10-foot height starts at the bottom of the 2x6 treated wood, you have to buy the treated wood under that, the metal stop right at the top of the 2x6 , they only put in a few rows of screws and they didn't use ring shank nails ,The Metal is to short on the sides, I would not recommend
