Robert and crew at Mister Ladder did excellent work at my home replacing a couple of old, worn out storm doors and painting the exterior trim. Very pleased with the communication and quality of work. And reasonably priced as well.

I haven’t had a major remodel on my home since I’ve lived here. Met Bobby about 6 weeks ago and we discussed what we wanted to be done. He gave us suggestions and we decided to do it all. I am totally pleased with all that was done. He has an excellent crew, that were all very nice, on time and all of them cleaned up afterwards, (I really liked that). I’ve needed to get my home’s facia board and soffit replaced for years. Gutters too. But I couldn’t find anyone qualified to do the work that I could trust. That changed when I met Justin from Mister Ladder. He gave me a fair quote. And he and his team got the work finished in less than four days. I couldn’t give them higher praise or suggest them to you more strongly! They are indeed the real deal.

Bobby is great and took great care of us! We had our house painted, deck and fence stained, and some interior staircase and railing work done. Everything turned out awesome! Ricky did a fantastic job on the stairwell! I recommend using this company.

Consider Mister Ladder as your next contractor for almost anything . I had my old deck taken down and a new deck designed and erected with decorators composite boards. My deck should last forever now. It was a big job. Bobby, the designer allowed changes throughout the process and had great communication throughout. The crew was tremendous in their work assuring the work met all safety requirements as well as starting each morning and keeping the grounds cleaned up each evening as well as keeping us informed of how the job was progressing. If you ever need a new deck you should consider Mister Ladder. They did a great job and stuck to their word. When problems arose Bobby stuck to his quote and finished the job.

What an amazing experience with Mister Ladder from start to finish. The team was amazing! They completed my painting to perfection and cleaned up like they weren't even here for the full day. I will only be calling Mister Ladder for any additional work needed.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!

Do not make your final payment to them until the work is 100% complete.

We hired Mr Ladder to completely rebuild our deck, fix our fence, paint our interior walls, ceilings & cabinets, replace some lighting, and replace our kitchen countertops. As agreed, we paid them 1/2 of the total amount due at the time the work began. The overall project took a little less than 2 weeks. Not bad, considering the painting "crew" of 1 person with the supervision of a paint foreman, who has no sense of time, basically completed the entire painting project on her own.
At the walk thru, several issues that needed to be addressed were pointed out and listed. Bobby Hayes wanted the final payment at that time, saying the workers wanted to get paid and promised us that everything would still be done right away. My husband was hesitant but agreed to do so.
That was on June 21st and here we are, several weeks later and the punch list is still not complete. After numerous texts and phone conversations with Bobby, telling us that they will be here, never to show up, we are under the impression that our job is complete and closed out as far as they are concerned.
Mr Ladder came highly recommended.
We are pleased with the work overall, however, their ability to follow through has been extremely disappointing.

The owner and his workers are very helpful! If I had even the smallest questions they would help me without hesitation. They rebuilt my 2nd story patio deck and added steps. I had this done last year by another contractor but he did a terrible job! Many things were not up to code. Mister ladders crew came in and built a solid safe nice deck. I’m actually already making my list for other things I will have them do. The owner follows up with his crews to make sure they do the work with the best quality. I appreciate him holding the work conditions to a high standard. If I saw something that needed touched up it was done as soon as possible. I have since referred him to several neighbors who have already had him complete projects or will be starting soon.

We had a tree fall on our house and the Mister Ladder team was amazing. They sent someone out quickly to evaluate the damage and the repair process was seamless. Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!

Mister Ladder has completed both indoor and outdoor painting. We are pleased with their service and quality they provide. Will use again!

I entered into a contract with Bobby Hayes of Mister Ladder on March 27th with a target completion date of April 21st. The project was actually completed on June 13th. The project included interior painting and updating space in the basement with drywall, trim and electrical work. Mister Ladder also had a TV mounted on the stone fireplace and replaced the basement carpet with LVP flooring. In addition, Ricky replaced six exterior steel doors on the deck and terrace levels. Ricky was experienced with window and door installation and did a perfect job. His attention to detail exceeded my expectations. He also installed four new ceiling fans and replaced all exterior door hardware (9), latches and re-keyed all locks. He installed crown moulding, a closet door and trim and a wire rack system in the basement bedroom and closet. Ricky was professional in every way. He was respectful, careful, precise and he cleaned his work area at the end of each day. Bobby Hayes is a partner/owner in the company and was very pleasant to deal with. Although the project extended beyond the planned completion date, Bobby made sure I was happy with the final results. My primary complaints were ongoing issues with the paint foreman. He rarely arrived on the days and times promised. His work was satisfactory but his work schedule was inconsistent and he failed to clean his work space at the end of each day. He left his tools and carpentry debris scattered on the terrace and inside the work area throughout the project period. My patience ran thin with the paint foreman and I can't recommend him. I would definitely recommend Ricky for any project and also Bobby Hayes and Mister Ladder. Although Bobby was very busy and didn't always return phone calls promptly, he would eventually follow-up and correct any issues. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was great! I am willing to provide verbal feedback if you have Bobby text me you phone number.

After months of living in dissaray and multiple handyman/contractors we finally had an amazing experience with BobbyandKara Hayes from Mister Ladder! Even though I was extremely picky and pointing out every "flaw" he was extremely understanding and got the job done! We can't wait to have his company back out to complete more home improvements!

Had gutters cleaned and gutter guards installed on my house. Great service and gutters look great! I am so pleased with their work, that I'm having Mister Ladder come back out to replace and paint some damaged cedar siding on my home. We had our wire shelving removed for our pantry, and he was able to build custom shelving to replace them. Giving our pantry and modern luxury look! He did this in 2 days and from complete scratch!! Extremely neat and great work. I would highly recommend. Very professional, and clean.

We had a set of handrails replaced for our exterior steps. Our house is new construction, but the handrail was unsafe and already needed to be replaced. The crew was able to come out quickly and replace the handrail. It’s now sturdy and safe. We are very happy with how it looks.

We had to have our entire pool deck rebuilt due to a downed pine tree during a storm. Mister Ladder was prompt with a quote and the pricing was reasonable. Within two weeks from quote, our deck was repaired and it was quality work. Will definitely use again for future projects!

I recently experienced an unfortunate series of events at my house. The Mister Ladder company came to my house by mistake while I was out of town on business and began pressure washing all of the paint off of the trim to prepare for new paint. When the mistake was realized, the work was stopped. I was able to contact Robert Hayes about the mistake and he and his team repainted all of the trim on my house, so that it would all match correcting the mistake. It is difficult today to find a company that will do the right thing, especially if it is going to cost them money. The work they did looks great! I would recommend them for any of your painting needs!

Amazing service, they can do anything! Got our property power washed, and our back deck painted, and gutters done- Great experience every time! They painted our stairwells- above and beyond! Their pricing on the pressure washing and gutter was unbeatable!

Repairs don’t always go as planned but when issues arose with this repair Bobby and his team were responsive and quick to fix the problem. I appreciate their professionalism in dealing with the issue and would recommend them.

Really happy with Mr. Ladder. They had clear descriptive invoices and are licensed and insured (which is important from a liability standpoint) Pricing was great to. We needed painting and siding work done and rather than pay higher for one company to do both. We broke it up, and used Mr.Ladder for siding. Highly recommend!

Mister Ladder replaced and painted the siding on my chimney and deck. This was the second time they have done work for me, and both times the work was exemplary. The crew is on time, skilled and meticulous, friendly and polite. They kept at it in the hot sun, answered my questions when I had any, and even showed me some construction tips, because sometimes I do my own work. They cleaned up after themselves, so much so that you wouldn’t even know they had been there. But the best part is, they closed the back gates behind them because they knew I had a dog.

Excellent service from a great team of people! They did a full pressure wash of my house and an exterior paint job and my family absolutely loves it! Their technicians were very professional and one of their owners personally oversaw the job and made sure we were happy. We will definitely be using Mr. ladder again for future home projects

We hired Mister Ladder back in 2019, and when we needed a handyman this year, they were the first number we called. Very friendly and professional, and the young lady in the office called me back when she said she would. Bobby, who came out to replace our smoke alarms, was very friendly and professional. I will use Mister Ladder for all my handyman needs.

Great working with Bobby!! They completed exterior paint job of our entire home and installed new windows for us. But, more importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Bobby responded to every inquiry. When a small issue arose after the job, he returned and addressed it. Would absolutely recommend and use again!

I had several odd jobs (and I mean odd) and needed help. Currently having a rodent problem and I wanted to block off any possible entry routes into our 100+ year old house. Bobby was able to come up with some creative solutions. Then we had some outlet boxes falling out of crumbling plaster and lath walls. Those are never easy to work with, but they did and they look perfect. And then installation of a couple of ceiling fans in our 12' ceiling rooms. All great work but none of it was as straightforward as might be in a newer home, and no complaints. But the most amazing part is after they finished I noticed a gas leak the next morning by the water heater where they repaired one of the possible rodent entry spots. Confirmed it was a leak in the valve after checked by gas company, they turned off gas to house and told me to find a plumber to repair. This meant no furnace and a cold front was coming in. Called Bobby and he found someone to fix it that afternoon! And insisted on covering the cost! Keep in mind this is an old, old house so hard to say if the valve was just old or it was damaged in the repair...probably a little of both. I know this is a long post, but I just can't say enough good things about this company. And if you have an older home that needs some repairs with extra TLC, give them a call.

They actually used our company to assist them with completing a project. They never paid us the balanced that was owed. I sent message and no response at all from Crystal who said she mailed the check well after several days no check. I called no answer sent text message no response.

I hired Mr. Ladder to do several jobs. Some were smaller (like installing a new kitchen faucet, washing the exterior house windows) and others were larger (like painting the exterior of the house). All of the jobs were excellent.

I then asked for a door to be installed on my deck over the septic tank so that it could be removed if needed. The first attempt was not done well. The construction person's job was sloppy to say the least.

I contacted Bobby who I had been dealing with for the abovementioned jobs. I explained my dissatisfaction. Bobby came and agreed that the job was subpar and agreed to redo the job. Mind you, I had already paid for the previous attempt. Bobby said it would be redone on his dime.

While I had to wait a while for the job to be done, Bobby kept his promise. The door was redone by another construction worker, and this time the job turned out to be excellent.

Bobby is a man of character and integrity. He is honest and fair. I would not hesitate to call him for any future jobs that I may have.

The white cabinets are before and the teal is our new wonderful kitchen. Thanks to Bobby at Mr Ladder and all his crew. They are professionals for sure. Top quality from start to finish. They use to be good but now they don't have time for you. I been asking over and over again for few quotes and get the work started but after many txt, emails still no response. That is not how you run the business by ignoring costumers. They will tell you we are short staff !! I don't want to work with someone who doesn't want to response back to you or simply don't have time

We hired Mister Ladder to clean our gutters, fix drainage and install gutter covers. While discussing the project with the owner, Bobby, we found out they did a variety of projects, so we extended our job to include painting the exterior of our house. We just completed the job and we are blown away with the QUALITY of the work. We have received so many compliments on the paint of our house from friends and neighbors. Their attention to detail and professionalism was amazing and will keep us using them for many future projects. Can't go wrong with Mister Ladder as a one-stop-shop for all your house projects!

Exceptional work and customer service provided by all staff. Especially Sam in the office. She was so sweet. Everyone was ultra-responsive which is so hard to find these days with contractors. Alex pressure washed and painted our soffits on 95 degree humidity filled day and got heat stroke cause he worked so hard. Justin was great at overseeing everything and responding to my every need. Excellent prices. Beat 8 other painters and handymen on price. Superb work as well. Definitely give them a shot.

Mister ladder came out to instal a metal roof on my patio! They showed up on time were very professional throughout the process and cleaned up all of the working materials! From there communication with my estimate to actually scheduling and getting the job done they did an amazing job! Best part about it there was no worry throughout the entire process. This is the first day I’m giving a review based on the work provided. I’ve gone through 5 different handymen to help resolve my chimney leak issue. This also includes my insurance company. Mister ladder provided me a totally different diagnosis with actual pictures of where rainwater would enter and I was floored as to why the other folks could not figure it out. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they have solved the problem. If so, I will hire them again for other work I need done that is not that critical.

Mister Ladder is an exceptional service! It is hard to find handyman companies that will do work big or small and not charge an insane amount for the work. Their contractors did great work and they were able to start within a few days of requesting services. Highly recommend this company!
