First of all, thank you for the prompt, thorough, and courteous work! Jay and Galin came to our house and informed us that a major storm had hit our area. After carefully reviewing the notice, we decided to have the roof inspected. We had insurance approval within 2 weeks, and the roof was installed in just one day! Especially with the main roof ridge vent, we were able to lower the temperature inside the house. I highly recommend Jay and Galin to anyone who contacts them. Thank you all!

I’m so happy with the service I had since day one of the process with insurance. I have to give a shout out to the sales rep who helped me. When contract was settled, his team showed up and completed the job in mediately. Sales rep worked hand to hand with his team and supervised every single detail during the roof installation. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Galin Ivanov. He and his team did an excellent job on my roof. My claim was initially only approved to be patched. But with Galin insisting to my insurance company that my whole roof be replaced, they changed their original decision and approved the claim for a complete roof. Mr. Ivanov, came to my house the same day I called. My daughters room had a bad leak after several storms. This past weekend of severe weather was awful. Monday I called and he was here, within hours. He checked our roof and saw nothing wrong, actually commented it looked great! The only thing he saw was a small hole. With further investigation into our attic, he saw a hole and wet wood. He showed my husband and I pictures of the outside and attic, along with my daughter who went upstairs with him. He fixed the hole within seconds.
I loved his honesty, transparency and overall customer service. Later down the road, when it's time to replace our roof, we will call MIRRAMARK.

We had a fantastic experience with MIRRAMARK when we needed to replace the roof after storm damage. Not only did they do an excellent job on the roofing itself, but Galin also went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process with our home insurance company, and got our claim 100% approved. It really makes a difference when you have someone knowledgeable working on your side, as initially, our insurance company said that they will pay for half of the roof because the other half was not in bad shape!!! Galin and his crew were professional, the work was done on time, and the roof looks great! He was friendly and really easy to work with. **** I initially rated five stars and then changed my rating to three stars to indicate some issues that we had that were not resolved after installation. And now I am changing it to two stars because the owner of this company has now said false statements in reply to try to make me look bad or like I was making something up - in his response to my review. I have included screen shots for clarity.

1. The work was completed on March 7, 2025. This was an insurance claim and we discussed payment since it was being paid out by insurance in a text message.
2. I let him know that we had the check at our house on March 20 which was 13 days after completion. He received another check on April 12, leaving an 800 balance of 14,300 paid (due to an error on my part, mistaking a number on the initial check from insurance)
**sidenote: when you get a check from insurance over 5,000 - they make it out to your mortgage company and you. We had to send the check to our mortgage company, they had to endorse it, return it to us, then we had to deposit it, and Bank of America took 10 days to clear it because of fraud protections.
I was as expeditious as possible, even going as far as taking it to FedEx and spending money so that he could have the check the next day instead of sending it through traditional mail.
I do not appreciate him claiming that we delayed payment and then claimed to have an issue after he made a complaint about not getting the payment.

3. On April 10 when I contacted him, I mentioned the gutter situation. it was in response to my text message about the gutters that he mentioned that he had not gotten the additional check. I have included screenshots of this conversation to show that me mentioning the gutters was not because of requested payment. That is categorically false.
I sent the payment that day by FedEx to get there as soon as possible.
4. he did ask to see the insurance estimate before we actually had an insurance estimate. so now he’s blaming me - that’s interesting. As a professional, I’d think that you’d say “hey, you have gutter guards - is gutter guard mentioned on the estimate?” But he didn’t.
5. I don’t install roofs for a living, so why would I know to mention anything about gutter guard detachments and why would I mention it if I didn’t know that it even existed? I guess blame the customer now is the cool thing to do.

***I initially rated 5 stars. About 3 weeks after our roof replacement, we noticed some issues in our gutters. We have metal guards that are on top of our gutters. Standard would be to cover the gutters to avoid everything getting into the gutters. Due to the weight of the sediment and debris like nails, they cannot flow through the gutters.
Our gutter guards had to be removed and our gutters cleaned professionally and then gutter guards replaced. I inquired about this and he said they cleaned them, and on video, they did not cover or clean them. He then offered to come look and clean them, but the issue, is you cannot clean them without removing the gutter guards, which would be compromised after removed. So now, we are left with an additional cost to replace something that wasn’t supposed to be and to have our gutters cleaned when that should have been completed and protected during the job.

He then told me that gutter guard detach and reset should be covered by insurance. But in none of the conversations prior to, during the install, or after was this ever mentioned. How was I supposed to know. I rely on the professionals and this was not mentioned 1 time.

So my review did adjust due to this and the fact that this wasn’t mentioned until I had a complaint.

We just got our new roof today. Galin was so easy to work with. He and his crew did a great job from start to finish. If you're looking for an honest company that does excellent work, I would definitely recommend Mirramark for your roofing needs. I love our new roof!

I am writing this review with pleasure regarding my experience with Mr. Galvin Ivanov, Mirramark LLC. This roofing company did an outstanding job replacing my roof and I was impressed with their professionalism. Galvin worked expeditiously and diligently with the insurance company to settle my claim for a new roof. He is easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about codes and roofing. He was fair and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Galvin and his company if roof replacement or repairs are needed.

Mr.Ivanov (Mirramark Roofing) is a fair, honest and friendly person. He will reach out to your insurance company, for example the insurance inspector omitted an item in their inspection of my roof. He works well with your insurance company. I love my new roof he even gave me a birthday gift.

The owner Galin is one of my neighbors. Back when Helene's heavy rain hit us, my ceiling started leaking and he came over early the next morning to look at it & put some protection over the roof leaks. He did a lot to work with my insurance & explain all of the different confusing aspects. Even after the roof was completed and fully paid for, he was still helping me talk to my insurance on the chance they would pay for other repairs. He was great to work with, very upfront about things during the process, and I think he genuinely wants to help.

Galin Ivanov, he happened to be in my neighborhood at the checking out another client when he stopped at my house just as I got home and explained his company and had noticed are roof was missing a few shingles which it was he was very nice and professional no pressure at all Long story short he got on my roof that day and pointed out multiple storm damage issues with my roof even more than just the missing shingles. I was going to get the roof repair anyways so his tummy was good thanks to his professionalism and knowledge he got the job done fast and efficient and looks great very nice guy to know in general as well.
