Do not use these people! Horrible experience, super unprofessional. I called to have them come out to home I’m in the process of buying. I spoke to some lady, appeared to not be very bright, I scheduled them to come out yesterday to give me an estimate on the repairs (if I can just be repaired) or a completely new roof. I explained that the seller still lives there so i’d have to let them know what time to be expecting him to show up. She told me that he would show up yesterday morning, not sure what time, but he would call me first thing in the morning. Around lunchtime yesterday, after not receiving a call and them not showing up, I called him back to see what was going on. the lady who I had scheduled the appointment with answered again and said that the guy wasn’t feeling well so he decided not to show up today but he’d be here tomorrow which is today. I explained again that I don’t live in the home I’m having a coordinate so updates like him not going to show up would be helpful. She gave me a half hearted apology and said that he would be here the following day and call me first thing in the morning. This morning it’s almost 10 o’clock, I haven’t heard anything from Miller roofing, so I called the number again to see what was going on. The same lady answered and said that he wasn’t feeling well. She wasn’t sure when he’d be able to come out. He might feel better later today she just didn’t know. I explain to her again and situation that I need to know things like this, so that I can coordinate with the realtor and the seller , but by this point nearly three days have gone by and I could’ve had another company come out. She got rude with me and said, “that’s fine. You can just call another company if you want to.” I explained that I’d be doing that and hung up.
