Customers are fully satisfied

We have used this roofing company twice now for our home. The first time was for a thorough roof inspection, replacing our old gutters with larger ones to better handle water runoff, and repairing the roof exhaust fan. During the inspection, Brayden was very honest about the condition of our roof and let us know it didn’t need any repairs at that time, which we appreciated. The crew did a great job swapping out the gutters and fixing the fan, and they even made some custom pieces to help guide water away from areas that might otherwise overflow. Everything looked really good once they finished. The second time we called them was after a big hail storm that damaged our roof. Brayden said the roof replacement—including new shingles, flashing, and fixing any damaged wood—would take a day or two, but the whole team finished everything in just one day, working from morning till evening. They also put in a ridge vent we requested, so we wouldn’t have to worry about the roof fan anymore. Every time we’ve worked with this company, it’s been a great experience, with fair prices and quality work. We’ll definitely call them again for any roofing needs in the future.

Miller Brothers Roofing did an outstanding job! This was actually my second time working with them for roofing needs. The first time, I had a leak in my roof and they fixed half of it—haven’t had a single issue since. Later on, when the other half of my house started leaking, I called them again. Tracy and Brayden arrived right on schedule, finished the repairs quickly, and made sure everything was neat and tidy. They even used an outdoor vacuum to remove any leftover nails, so my tires and pets stayed safe. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their roofing services to anyone in Channelview!

Our roof had been giving us trouble ever since we moved into our house in Channelview, and recently it started leaking again on the other side from where it was fixed before. We finally decided it was time for a full replacement, and Miller Brothers Roofing did a fantastic job at a great price! Earlier, I had a bad leak at home. Even though there was still a little life left in the roof, Brayden came out to give us a repair quote and also let us know the price for a full roof replacement, which was about $2,000 less than another company for the same shingles. Even though their schedule was pretty full, Brayden gave helpful tips on tarping the roof to prevent more leaks. The repair was done quickly, in about 45 minutes, and I wasn't overcharged. The other company's price was almost the same but for less work. The price was excellent and Tracy in the office was very friendly! Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely call them again when it’s time for a new roof.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
