After taking my new GMC into Mildenberger for electronic issues 3 times over the course of a year and a half, I finally took their advice and bought a Ford. I got to where I hated to drive the GMC because I knew something wouldn't be working every time I got in it. Adaptive cruise, regular cruise control, emergency braking assist, XM radio, the list went on and on. I couldn't believe they would acknowledge other customers were having the same problem(s), but there were no fixes and they couldn't do anything about them. After my 3rd trip in, they told me a number of their customers were just trading in their vehicles and buying Fords. Can you believe it? This came from the service manager, service writer and general sales manager. While in the waiting room I even had one of the salespeople complain to me about losing lifelong customers because the Chevy/GMC lineup were having so many problems. Well, I did take their advice and couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor, and buy anything else, from anyone else!
Good people to do business with, friendly staff, straight shooters. Bought a new GMC Dooley and traded in my 2020 F350 Dooley. My salesman Mark was easy to work with and made the process simple and straightforward. Didn’t have to do a whole lot of negotiating or haggling, no high-pressure BS, just a fair price and good service.
