My husband & I live out of state but were conducting personal business in the Bitterroot Valley. We potentially needed a travel trailer. I chose Mildenberger Motors for my first stop as it was close to our motel. So thankful I did! Once I was on the lot, I met Mark Pent. I told him I was not buying at that time, I had 30 minutes before an appointment, and I wanted to see what he had for smaller trailers. He showed me two options and even a larger unit at my request. He shared the pros & cons about each unit. I asked questions, he knew the answers. He was respectful of my time limit, and I never felt pressured. When I left the lot, due to our schedule, he did not know if we would return. The next day my husband saw my first choice for 20 minutes and then we started driving the 600+ mile trip home - still no decision and no pressure from Mark. As we drove, we made the decision to purchase the travel trailer and from that point on all business was conducted via phone calls and emails. Mark, and the other personnel we interacted with, were wonderful! They made our purchase and picking up the trailer effortless for us! At first I was hesitant about going to a dealership to purchase a car however walked out with a positive experience. I bought my 2022 GMC SIERRA DENALI 1500 with 17210 miles on the truck from Mildenberger on June 20th 2025. Mike Mertz was my salesman and we spoke about the 6.2 motor that's in the truck because I was told GM was having issues with the motors. He reassured me that in this year there would be no issues because they changed how the motors were built. I was happy with what I was told so I purchased the truck. Before I left the saleman told me he is always there for me for as long as I own the truck. He gave a business card and shook my hand. I drove the truck for 2 weeks and the worst possible thing could have happen. On Saturday July 5th 2025 I just left work on my way home and the truck went into power down mode. I limped my truck home and had to wait until Monday the 7th of July 2025 to get it into a GM dealership in Great Falls Montana. Before I took the truck in I called the salesman at Mildenberger and told him what was going on. He told me to let him know what I find out is wrong with the truck. The GM dealship were able to get my truck in right away to scan it to see what was wrong with the it. I had to wait 2 days to verify that it was a transmission issue. Come to find out, the Value body needs to be replace along with a few other items. Lucky there was still 20 months left on the power train warranty. The service agent told me GM was having issue with the transmission and also the motors in this year of truck. Recalls are being issued on both and that I would have to wait for a recall letter on the motor before they could even look at the motor. I was furious about what I was told was wrong with my truck. I contacted the salesman at Mildenberger to let him know what I found out. Of course all I got was I'm sorry for your luck. The salesman asked me to forward the mechanical issue that the GM dealship in Great Falls sent me. We will see if anything comes of it. Needless to say, I will not be buying another vehicle from Mildenberger.

Bought a used 18 ram 3500 from them a month go.
Within a few days there were electrical issues with the truck. Mike Mertz has sold me a good warranty package for the truck so there were no worries going into get the issues fixed. After further inspection the issues were not covered by warranty. So Mike and his team took it upon themselves to stand behind their product and cover said services. At no charge to me, the customer.
I couldn’t be happier with their top of the line service. Mike is a stand up dude. And a hand shake still means something in this valley.

Let me start with we loved our rav4. It was rear ended and layed to rest. So we started our search for another rig.
